A little tip for the washi tape… take an old gift card or credit card, and use it as a washi sampler. You can wrap multiple different tape designs around 1 card, and then it takes up way less space. I usually keep 4 or 5 of these in my journaling bag at all times. Also, amazon sells clear vinyl adhesive pockets, pack of 6 for like $5 or $6, the are perfect to stick to the inside cover of your bible and then you can keep a couple washi sample cards in it and any papers from church. Love the video!!!
I've seen commercials for Temu. I almost got sucked away from Christianity and into the ****. But I realized it was wrong. So thankful to found you I'm going to change my tapestry.
I bought the same bag on Amazon a couple months ago for my church bible and a journal I use for sermon notes. I put my pens in a small pouch and stick it in the medium sized area with my wallet and cellphone. In the smaller area I put a water bottle. I love that bag and it’s not too big and heavy. I will say I spent $22 on Amazon for mine.
@@michelebadey3883I typed in temu canvas tote bag on Amazon and it popped up. I know this is like 4 months later. I just heard some sketchy things about temu and would rather pay a bit more on Amazon.
I would recommend a messenger bag. Little bit more room. Nicki I'm thankful for the week off. My uncle passed Sunday night. He and my aunt were really close. He's been falling. The last time he had internal bleeding. He went into surgery Sunday night and didn't make it. My cousin is with my aunt. They've been through so much. Between the fire in their first house. They lost their one twin son. And then the other one went through a successful lung transplant. And my girl cousin has schizophrenia and MRDD (I have schizoaffective). So keep them in your prayers, they are Lutheran.
I LOVE my telescoping pen holder! I've been using mine for a year and it's wonderful. I ordered a bunch more for gifts and only one came in damaged. The zipper didn't work. But all the others are great. I love this bag too. I ordered one to give as a gift for a friend and ended up ordering me one too. BUT it's not big enough to hold my tablet so I'm on the look for just the right bag, tote or basket that will hold my Bible, notebook, pen holder and tablet. I've even considered the Bog bag dupes on Temu. Not the large or extra large but maybe the medium and then use an organizer inside. Those are cheap but sturdy. I use one for my gym bag. Another tip from me would be get a TV tray table at a thrift store. I got one for $10 and I washed it good and then took a large magic marker and I put my name and phone number on the bottom of the tray. When it's folded you can see who it belongs to. I will fold it keep it in the church at the back. when I come in on Sunday mornings/Wednesday nights my husband gets my little table and we take it to wherever we sit. This has helped me so much for my note taking. I have another one that I lieave in the classes area for when we have Ladie's Bible study, or Sunday School class. My husband may be asking me for anothe tray table for him too because he's started carrying notebook and pens with his bible and he's using half my table, LOL!
I enjoyed your video. , I too never want to mix the things of God with anything worldly. I am currently looking for a Bible bag for Church I might have to check out Temu.
Hello beautiful. That little tote is so adorable, I will have to order one. Thank you for sharing. Miss you and the crazy simple girls. I'm still working on Jonah just a lot slower. :)
Thank you ever so much. I have a girlfriend from our Bible study who has the same TEMU bag.. I have gotten a few of MrPen , pens and I love the Bible stickers from TEMU too…. Makes me want to shop more!! OK I woun’t, right now.
Someday I will be able to carry a bag like this. For now I have little littles and need a diaper bag 😅 and a diaper bag plus a Bible bag is just a lot. Haha
That was way cool! I had to giggle each time the snap came undone 😂. I love this kind of thing even though I may never use it. I have a backpack that I would use, I suppose 🤔 God bless you really good 🌺
Can you make a video of putting tabs in correctly? I almost ruined an entire bible trying to put some in... Never imagined i couldnt do something so simple.
Love the highlighters you are using, but appears the link to connect to this item is not working. I'm thinking you purchased them on Amazon, but the link to your Amazon shop takes me to Amazon face page only. Thanks for all the great recommendations.
Serious question. Do you really have time to use washi tape and selectively use the markers to color code your Bible during church? how are you able to do that? I barely manage to take notes and occasionally read the scripture reference.
@@nickidrake , thanks for explaining. I’m pretty much a visual person, so if I’m not concentrating on the preacher and taking notes, I totally lose track of the sermon. It makes sense to do what helps you listen.
I sometimes use it to repair and reinforce my pages. My Job tab completely ripped off so I put washi tape on both sides of the page edge, can’t even notice the ripped piece. I put another tab on top where my old tab was. Good as new.
A side question: I notice the Bible shown here has an elastic holder to keep the Good Book shut. As we all probably know, elastic has a tendency to dry rot over time. Is there a crafty way to remove said band and still keep your book shut securely?
Agree! Need to take a stance - China wants to take over the USof A. They don't want the people - they want the land, businesses and intellectual property. There is a reason they've donated millions of dollars the universities now depend on as the 'exchange students' are here to gain access to everything the CCP instructs them to do. Not to mention China has been allowed to set up Chinese Police stations in major U.S. Citizens while people in power our own fellow citizens have been bought and paid for to look the other way while little by little China continues to take a foot hold within the U.S.A. right along with the huge fetanayl the Chinese sent the U.S. . . .so nice and thoughtful, huh?!

I just bought one like this off Amazon and so excited to use it for my church bag.
Do you have a Bible organization system for studying and journaling on the go?
Please do a vlog on how to put bible tabs on a bible.

I love that bag! I I love the NASB I use the 1996 NASB personally. They have revised it a few times.
I like this idea, I will be looking for a bag for on the go.

Thise washi tapes are gorgeous.
Put your washis on a key ring or notebook clip( which you can get separately)....easy to GRT out and will hold several.
Great tip!!!
Have one of those bags for the very reason you shown
I love it!!!

They also do price adjustments on your order when the prices drop on items you buy!
That’s awesome!
That's a quote from the Disney movie Mulan..😂

I don’t do it every time but I have ADHD so for me, it helps me keep my hands busy while I’m listening. ❤️

Wrap your washi tape around old gift card it taking less space
Do you have a lesson on how to place the labels for the books of the Bible in your Bible?
How do you use washi in your Bible?

Use a binder-ring to help keep the washi tape together …….
Don't you carry any kind of notebook or paper with you for taking notes? I think I would.

While I love the stuff...TEMU is Chinese...I won't buy or support them in any way. And be careful.
