There are some good videos on UA-cam of mixing super glue with baking soda and also super glue with strands of cotton that you can use to form just about anything and glue anything with it, it works really well and is super strong. I'm glad you could help this pigeon, I have a wild pigeon hanging out in my backyard around my pigeon coops that has half of its upper beak broken off, looks like part of it is hanging on by a thread but he won't let me catch him, I assume one of three things could have happened to him he either hit a power line with his beak or got shot by a BB gun in the beak or had a bad case of pigeon Pox which has been known to erode into the beak and cause them to break off.

I've been meaning to do something similar to my rescue pidgies, but I have a question, which type of glue is safe to use? an old vet once user epoxy putty but I'm pretty sure that stuff releases harmful toxins

hi my grandma recently found a pigeon not able to fly nor move much so she took the pigeon in and weve been keeping him around for about a month now he just comes and goes and the other day he came home with a broken beak the top part is completely off so we had to feed him cause he was unable to grab food with his beak if you could give me a tip or tell me how i could make him a prosthetic beak that would be very helpful thank you.

So what are you using to hold it on, and has it held up?
