  • Today we’re making a very simple dessert: Omelette Cake!
    Omelette Cake Ingredients:
    - 1 Egg
    - 25g Sugar
    - Pinch of Salt
    - Vanilla Extract
    - 7g Milk
    - 5g Oil
    - 25g Cake Flour
    Whipped Cream Ingredients:
    - 15g Sugar
    - 100g Whipping Cream
    Toppings:
    - Chocolate Sauce
    - Chocolate Chips
    - Maraschino Cherries
