I still cry over the fact we have lost the queen of stand up comedy, my all time favourite. Love you dear Victoria, thank you for all the laughter we miss you.
I was so privileged to have seen Victoria live at Manchester Palace, never forget the wonderful connection and laughter with the audience, what a gift she had, miss her and what she would have created today. Julie Walters and Vicky a match made in heaven ❤️❤️XXX
Love her......my youth ....teenage years in the 70 s ........disco, abba, boy george, rod Stewart.......I could go on and on......London in the 70s.........she reminds me of all of this........RIPxxxxx
Gawd, I'm howling with laughter! I'm so sad I never got to see her perform, thank you for letting me do so now this amazing lady has died. Thank you Victoria , and sincere condolences to your familyxx
Such a talented and funny lady. Saw her live at the Albert Hall and I swear my ribs were aching so much by the time she finished "Freda and Barry". So glad there is so much that will be repeated time and time again on TV and on here. So young to pass away. RIP Vic.
I know what you mean.I was so devastated to hear the news about her death .I was jus reading her biography, having discoverede her a few months before as she is not a well known artist in my country.I admire her art, humour and sense of humour. It so unfair that she died so early :/
Loved the line describing labour as 2 inefficient removal men trying to get a sofa through a door. We recently took hours trying to remove our sofa, resulting in sawing parts of it off to get it through the doorway. We have 3 kids, thankfully no limbs missing😂😂
She was by no means my generation, but she had a bizarre knack for pointing out the most mundane details and making them hilarious. Some of the best observational comedy we've ever had the pleasure of seeing on television and in stand-up, and it's timeless. I regret that I never had the opportunity to see her live.
God I remember that lobster pot needle! Still brings tears to my eyes, my private’s make a very good patchwork quilt impression.😬 a very good observer of life situations. X
such a great talent, so sad that she has gone.... my heart and thoughts go out to all her family and friends.... loved The Dinner Ladies, glad I can watch it over and over on dvd :) R.I.P Victoria, you and your great personality, and your awesome talents will be greatly missed... Magz :)
When I had my first child - no one told me that you'd leak . I knew about the breasts leaking , and crying cause of hormones , but you'd also leak from the womb for quite a while and have to wear pads . So I was leaking fluids in three places , pretty much constantly . Four if you count the sweat as it was June - a heatwave year and the maternity ward is always super hot for the babies . Great !!! Always worth it - having a child - I have three now and I understand why people want a whole football team of em . I nearly died twice , was in a lot of pain and it's still worth it
Victoria doesn't even have to say anything. Her facial expressions (like the woman at the bus stop bit) has got me howling with laughter. Damn, the world lost a talented comedienne.
It is a fucking pain. I was there when my best friend had hers and she gripped my hand so hard she broke my hand and I passed out. This is why she has 4 kids and I have a dog and a slight ache in my hand when it rains
a wonderful & intelligent person, very funny & died too young, 4 days older than my "Mentor" ...who had a much more dangerous life & he survived 5 near death incidents, also a fan of this special woman! Victoria Wood!
This should be played at antenatal classes. Dinnerladies , let's do it and sex is all matters domestic and diy. Funny funny funny woman. A Genius. RIP.
You would have to be pity stupid to think this was going to be a video of Victoria Wood talking whilst having a baby live. Ha............ She's brilliant, as always.
And just imagine how the world would be if men had to give birth, lol. It'd be like squeezing a bowling ball through the eye of a needle.*legs crossed, eyes watering*
I still cry over the fact we have lost the queen of stand up comedy, my all time favourite. Love you dear Victoria, thank you for all the laughter we miss you.
She was ace. Not prudish or snobbish.
Spoke as she found. Great observational comedienne.
I was so privileged to have seen Victoria live at Manchester Palace, never forget the wonderful connection and laughter with the audience, what a gift she had, miss her and what she would have created today. Julie Walters and Vicky a match made in heaven ❤️❤️XXX

Feeling so very sad today that we have lost her. She always made me smile and l loved her in " Dinner lady's. "
