It 1000% WILL change it! The internet still has a lot of disrupting to do to this industry. Best comparison is what MP3s did to the music industry. They changed everything! And it took many years for the music industry to figure it out and the amount of players in the game decrease drastically! Still have agents and managers and musicians in the music industry, fact we have a lot more musicians in the industry now because anyone can make and release music. I agree how you mentioned that Blockchain technology will allow for more people to have access to financing for their home. Will be easier for me to loan out my money to a individual directly and generate a return on my investment. I have lots of thoughts on this matter. Keep it going!
I just failed the real estate exam.😭😭😓 I cannot begin to articulate the level of embarrassment and heartache I'm feeling. 😥 I'm confident that I will be a good realtor. I just need to get past this, move on and persevere .
I'm sorry about your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mrs Catherina Alison and that's how i passed My real estate exam ❤️✅
It will not illuminate real estate agents but it will create a new type of agent. They will not be called listing agents or buyers agents. I Believe it will be more like a real estate guide agent. Listing agents, and relocation agent specialist will definitely have the upper hand. Also have to see what happens with the class-action lawsuit against the NAR. Great video! I will definitely be checking out the rest of your content on this topic.
Thanks @JustFloridaLiving! Interesting take, and yeah I agree our rules will definitely change along with other vendors within the real estate space! 😆
Excellent presentation. Thank you for breaking it down and making it easier to understand. I believe this technology could certainly eliminate the sales representative from the commercial/investment marketplace but not so sure it will have the same impact on the residential market although certainly it will have some impact.
Thanks Eugenia! I don't think it would completely eliminate agents, their expertise is still needed because every deal is different. Thanks for your input, it will be interesting to see what the future has in store! If you are interested in knowing how biometrics could change that real estate industry check out on my second channel here! I think biometrics will have some close relations to the Blockchain because identification and transparency is what will come out of this evolution - ua-cam.com/video/JuMFCAwlre8/v-deo.html
Thanks for watching my video on this! I'm stoked to hear that you enjoyed it! I haven't made a follow-up video on this particular topic just yet, but it's definitely something that's been on my radar. I'd love to know what specifically you loved about the video - What was a particular aspect that really resonated with you, or an idea that sparked your imagination? And if there are any other topics you'd like me to tackle in my videos, I'm all ears! I'm always looking for new and interesting ideas to explore. Also, just a heads up - if any new videos on this or related topics come out, they'll be released on my second channel, where I cover a variety of realtor topics just like this one. So make sure to subscribe and hit the notification bell if you want to stay in the loop! Thanks again for taking the time to watch and comment, my friend. Very interesting! I can see some of the benefits with this process as transparency and security. However I still think there are a lot of gray areas. You mentioned fees Vs low cost fee with this process and in particular you mentioned inspection. How are these types of contingencies taken care of? You still need inspection and appraisal companies to do their work and those fees won’t go away. How are these incorporated in the process? Thank you in advance and great video.
Whatsup Dade! It will be programmed smart contracts that will drive most of it, items in an inspection will still be at the discretion of the agents since each item and the cost to repair or replace will vary (for now anyway). Big data and AI will be able to support appraisers for a big part of their job, taking out guess work and using statistics and algorithms to determine value and do it faster. Appraisers and agents won't to be totally taken out of the equation because an assessment on the interior of the home still needs to be done and that is some thing big data or AI cannot do anytime soon (I think lol)
Yes, but also everyone involved including lawyers, title companies, etc. I don't think it will completely eliminate the vendors with the real estate process but may reduce their responsibilities and therefore their fees. What are your thoughts?
I think this is a way to just automate the entire process but all of these vendors would still need to be involved. I guess they will need to be part of their corresponding block and be initiated as needed. I see this being a good six sigma project but I also see a huge issue. There are thousands of each type of these vendors and they will all need to pay a fee to be part of the process. There goes another fee that was not there before. Would there be a premium vendor for an additional fee? You could see where I am going with this.@@LiveInnerCity
Great video as always! 👍 I have a quick question: 🤷♂️ I have a set of words 🤷♂️. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). I’d be grateful for some help. 🙌
At this point, I'm not aware of any real world applications that I could demonstrate with. Crypto is coming back and I'm sure Blockchain will be another popular topic soon again
The crazy part, I do these type of real estate transactions. Now without dealing with third party asshats. Who will try to purposely muck up your deal?
Hey I just came across this channel, I really love the way you break down your explanations. I have some questions to ask, was wondering I if I could text you on socials?
Sure you are always welcome! If you want to sell us a service though, your value proposition must be strong and we would want to see real time results 😉
Do you believe Blockchain Technology has the potential to change the way real estate is done today?

Doing this for the reserves. Fractional ownership on reserves. For elders centre, commercial, and housing.
An update on that please, RWA tokenization in Canada? What companies offers that service, on what chain / token?

What do you think the challenges will be in implementing smart contracts in this industry?
Curios on the available applications to carry this out
great video! do you think this would affect the real agents though?
Yes, but also everyone involved including lawyers, title companies, etc. I don't think it will completely eliminate the vendors with the real estate process but may reduce their responsibilities and therefore their fees. What are your thoughts?

Thank you @Seven!! 🙏
How can you demonstrate it practically
At this point, I'm not aware of any real world applications that I could demonstrate with. Crypto is coming back and I'm sure Blockchain will be another popular topic soon again
The crazy part, I do these type of real estate transactions. Now without dealing with third party asshats. Who will try to purposely muck up your deal?
Really?! Would you mind sharing what kind of transactions and how you are doing this? I'm so curious!

What are high potential Real estate tokens?
