They’re never “just a dog”. They make a huge impact on our lives, and it’s difficult to lose them. They may be in our lives for only a short part of it, but remember that we are their whole life. I’m sure you gave her a good life. Prayers and condolences your way. Remember the happy trails and happy tails.
I don't think that people who have never had a dog, or cat, in their life will ever understand why we call them FAMILY MEMBERS rather than pets. A little over a year ago my Pitbull mix Eva had to be put down, she had cancer in her bladder. I am rapidly approaching my 59th birthday, and I have had at least one dog in my life for at least 90% of my life. When I put Eva down, as with every other dog I have had since I was in my teens, I stayed with her when the time came. I cradled her in my arms and cried like a little baby for what seemed like an eternity. In fact, I'm getting a little choked up typing this. Showing your emotions shows us how much you really did love Pinto. I completely understand the level of heartbreak you are feeling with the passing of Pinto, and am sending my prayers and condolences to you. When the time is right, and you WILL know when that time comes, another four legged family member will be coming home with you. On a side note, great tips on starting up a car that has been sitting for a while, I never knew that. I guess it's just one of those things manufacturers don't want us to know about. GREAT VIDEO!!!!!! And again, I am very sorry for your loss.
I lost my dog about a year before I started watching your videos. He was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. I loved seeing Pinto in your videos. Because it was obvious she was special. Been watching for years, loved seeing Pinto in the background. Dogs are so good at being amazing companions, and she helped with your life changes. Its so painful to say goodbye to them. Its like something is missing after they're gone. If Pinto could talk, I'm sure she would be so grateful to have you, after all you rescued her and gave her a great life. Time does heal the pain, but we never forget them.
I'm so sorry for your loss. We lost our dog of 14 years as well and it was not easy. I never knew a pet would have that effect on me. Happy to tell you that, even when we never forget them, it does get better. Just give it time, Brother.
Sorry about Pinto, i just lost my dog Oliver 3 weeks ago. My daughters best friend, her little brother. Shes my only child and oliver was like my second kid. He was 10 and passed in his sleep. I miss the little guy so much. I understand how much they impact your life.

My condolences to you. I'm very sorry to hear about your companion . I have lost several in my life, and it is very difficult times. Hang in there, Sir. For your oil dry starts, Baxter Performance has a screw on oil filter assembly with a check valve in it that elemenates dry starts. I put one on my Jeep 3.6L engine and no more worries of dry start. You can tell every time you start it, no valve rattle.
Oh Jason, I am so very sorry . She was an awesome pup and very lucky to have had such a loving home. They always say when we rescue a pet that the pet also rescues us.

Still doesnt feel the same coming home from work and not seeing him waiting at the garage door for me. Still feel it the emptiness without him, but just need to be strong!. Farm boys usually look at animals differently then other people, partly bc most of the animals are for work or food, but when we lost my wife’s dog and her daughter, the dog’s daughter, it was pretty difficult for me, so I know it was bad for my wife. Thank you so much for the content you share. I’m building an ‘08 tundra. 35” K02’s, 3” lift on icon 2.5 stage 3, and SPA adjustable uca. I’m probably going to do a bed topper and camp out of the back of my truck. We’ll see how things go.

Just used this trick on my Jeep that has been sitting in a cold garage for a few months. Started up like a dream and no annoying noises either. Even if I let my jeep sit for a day it can sound pretty rough, but this has been great!

I’m so sorry. Pinto seemed like an amazing pup. Those of us who have dogs know it’s never “just a dog”. Many dogs are closer than even immediate family as you see them and interact with them every day. I always loved seeing her and thought how lucky you were to have that awesome “garage helper dog” who always just wants to hang out. It took me a bit to watch this video when I saw the title as I knew I couldn’t get through it without crying. Thinking of you both
Man, pet loss is tough. I lost my old furry friend like 4 years ago. She pee'd on 16 states and 2 other countries, swam in both oceans, and both gulfs. She road tripped a ton with me and never hesitated to do whatever was asked for a couple of french fries (steak fries were her fave). I don't drink very much, but I'll have a beer for Pinto while throwing a ball for my dog in the back yard tonight. Good to see you back.

It is a great pain Jason when a pet leaves and even more so when it is a dog because it has a great capacity to share with us, they are noble friends who are always with us and understand our bad and good times, their antics, how much we will miss seeing them play the ball. And how can we forget when he went out after the postman and they had to tie him up, how can we forget!!! They leave and leave us a great void but also a lot of learning. Was watching your vid where you were making AN brake lines and kicking the ball for Pinto. Still can’t get a consistent single flare without splitting..lol. Hey Jason, very sorry about Pinto. I started following you a number of years ago after I purchased my 2015 Rubicon. I am fully cloaked out minus fenders and a few minor items, again because of you. This last February, I took the jeep to Cloakworks and had Scott and the crew install the true 4-link at the rear, Ultimate Dana 60’s, 40” Trail Grapplers on Hutchinson DOT Dual Bead locks and an Atlas. Again, mostly all of because of watching you. I highly recommend the upgrades and look forward to more content. I’m in Northern California, if you ever get up this way, look me up. We just lost our oldest Beagle a week ago and its very hard. I see her in my minds eyes, when I look at where she would sleep or eat, and it brings that feeling of loss in my heart all over again. Dogs are not just dogs, nor just pets.. overtime they become a part of the family. I can feel your pain and I know I’d be feeling the same way if I lost my Roxy. I’m sorry for your loss but this is the unfortunate part of life.. when you love deeply you hurt deeply.

Sorry for your loss Jason!. i know that feeling!. lost my dog at the age of 15 years old this year.. Still doesnt feel the same coming home from work and not seeing him waiting at the garage door for me. Still feel it the emptiness without him, but just need to be strong!. Always say to myself, you'll be together again!
So sorry for ur loss, dogs are extremely good companions. I’m a farm boy and had plenty of dog on the farm. Farm boys usually look at animals differently then other people, partly bc most of the animals are for work or food, but when we lost my wife’s dog and her daughter, the dog’s daughter, it was pretty difficult for me, so I know it was bad for my wife. Thank you so much for the content you share. I’m building an ‘08 tundra. 35” K02’s, 3” lift on icon 2.5 stage 3, and SPA adjustable uca. I’m probably going to do a bed topper and camp out of the back of my truck. We’ll see how things go.

Jason, Pinto was a great dog and had a great life. We are lucky to be granted their love and companionship, and consider how lucky you are to have had that.I had to put one of mine to sleep Friday, and I can understand your heartbreak! Take care.

Just used this trick on my Jeep that has been sitting in a cold garage for a few months. Started up like a dream and no annoying noises either. Even if I let my jeep sit for a day it can sound pretty rough, but this has been great!

I’m so sorry. Pinto seemed like an amazing pup. Those of us who have dogs know it’s never “just a dog”. Many dogs are closer than even immediate family as you see them and interact with them every day. I always loved seeing her and thought how lucky you were to have that awesome “garage helper dog” who always just wants to hang out. It took me a bit to watch this video when I saw the title as I knew I couldn’t get through it without crying. Thinking of you both

Man, pet loss is tough. I lost my old furry friend like 4 years ago. She pee'd on 16 states and 2 other countries, swam in both oceans, and both gulfs. She road tripped a ton with me and never hesitated to do whatever was asked for a couple of french fries (steak fries were her fave). I don't drink very much, but I'll have a beer for Pinto while throwing a ball for my dog in the back yard tonight. Good to see you back.

It is a great pain Jason when a pet leaves and even more so when it is a dog because it has a great capacity to share with us, they are noble friends who are always with us and understand our bad and good times, their antics, how much we will miss seeing them play the ball. And how can we forget when he went out after the postman and they had to tie him up, how can we forget!!! They leave and leave us a great void but also a lot of learning. Clicked on this vid and just found out about your pup. So sad to hear, My pets are family. Lost one a year and a half ago. Tends to still hit hard at times out of the blue. Was watching your vid where you were making AN brake lines and kicking the ball for Pinto. Still can’t get a consistent single flare without splitting..lol. I started following you a number of years ago after I purchased my 2015 Rubicon. I am fully cloaked out minus fenders and a few minor items, again because of you. This last February, I took the jeep to Cloakworks and had Scott and the crew install the true 4-link at the rear, Ultimate Dana 60’s, 40” Trail Grapplers on Hutchinson DOT Dual Bead locks and an Atlas. Again, mostly all of because of watching you. I highly recommend the upgrades and look forward to more content. I’m in Northern California, if you ever get up this way, look me up.
