Also 2A7V should have automatic gearbox with shorter starting gears that compensate for the increased weight. But Gaijin will just ctrl+c and ctrl+v gearbox stats from 2A6 because they're lazy.
Same for the Pen on the DM53. It has the same 652mm of pen even though the new L/55 A1 has more preassure when shooting projectiles, which is why they made the DM73 round. It´s just ctrl+c and ctrl+v, so sad. But I hope they´ll fix it when it gets finished.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the L/55 A1 gun is more powerful than the base L/55 I saw (on Wikipedia so there’s that) that it has more pressure in the barrel by a few dozen more MPa (Megapascals) meaning that the same DM53 round would have a higher muzzle velocity causing it to penetrate more
Edit: L/55 is 672 MPa and L/55 A1 is 700 MPa
It's not more powerful, but it has the ability to fire higher pressure ammo, mainly DM73 (estimated 8% performance over DM53/63). It can also fire the entirely new KE2020neo (estimated 20% performance over DM53/63), but that one hasn't entered service yet to my knowledge.
Dm63a1 is already in service is a upgrade of the standard round dm63 , dm73 have alot more pressure it reach the max possible for the caliber giving the round a shit load more punch , . It have 8% more kinetic energy not performance

@@genericamerican.DM73 has entered sevice in 2019. The new KE2020Neo (now called DM83) entered testing phase in 2023 and will enter service around 2024 - 2025.

all new toptier from 11,7 to 12,0 and when it gets the better stuff like DM63 it can go to 12,3 and/or 12,7
Yea. Compared to things like the Pantsir the Fakrakrad shouldn't be on 11.7. You can shoot 2 times and then have to reload, you don't get a MK and the missles are slower (pull more G though) but like the Otomatic it shouldn't be on 11.7.
Fun fact: The 120mm L/55 A1 was built especially for the DM63... 😅

Yeah. DM73 should be in the game 100%. The round was specifically designed for the L/55 A1 and its increased preassure. Also the DM33 and DM12 A1 should be removed and replaced. For example the DM63 A1 replaces the DM33 and the stock DM12 A1 could be replaced by a stock DM53.
Honestly can't tell the difference between DM43 on the Leo2PL and DM63 on the A6, anything above 500mm of pen works the same - both will still be stopped by ERA anyways

Finally a competetive Leo 2 for Germany. Sweden still has 3 strv 122, the l55 makes no difference
It makes a pretty nice benefit tho it cuts through tanks like butter
Men, sweden can get the 2A7 in form of the 2A7DK, and the Italy can get it also for the hungarian part. But imagine sweden with the STRV 122 (a really powerfull tank), the leo 2a6 (also an amazing tank), and in the Future with the leopard 2A7 DK
Its just sad that swedish tech tree dont have some top dog helicopter tô power things up a little more

@@Boomshakalagasame for the 2A7. They acknowledged it then ignored it. They purposely made the tank wrong and refuse to fix their mistakes
the 2a7v dosent have its good rounds because russian mains would cry again that ther tanks gets lolpent

The leopard 2a7v should have better frontal armor then strv122b since the strv uses c type and the 2a7v d type .... D-type should have the same values as the front turret of the 2a6

The devs "acknowledged" it in the bug report forums. It might come, but seeing as how the leo 2 PSO's armor is still broken months later I'm not counting on it.
It took 6 Leopard 2 generations to finaly get better thermals
Seeing how they butchered my tank is really upsetting… Atleast they got the model right (mostly)
What dod they get wrong about the model? And yes they made it too slow, the armor on both the hull, turret and sides too weak, the canon is a copied l/55, the gunner gets 3rd gen thermals and it doesnt get its accurate rounds.

If you check modular view, they now added the composit armor nexto the side fuel tanks, which the swedish strvs got awhile ago, this is quiet strong and safes you alot from hits if sticking your hull out to far from cover
