Lost Judgment is an action-adventure video game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. A sequel to the 2018 game Judgment (a spin-off of the Yakuza series), the game focuses on private detective Takayuki Yagami as he investigates a criminal accused of both sexual harassment and murder.

I really appreciate you putting together these 2 videos as well as the full movie for Judgement. I don't own a Playstation but I've been enjoying the Yakuza franchise on steam and I felt like I was missing out without these two games. Again, thanks so much!

Soma being a cop the whole time was a genius twist and that public security were the ones who created RK to keep an eye on the ex tojo clan members that would eventually join while also having one of their top cops be the leader of the group

I thought the part with Saori at the cabaret club felt weird and forced, and super risky given it was dealing with Akutsu. I mean, the guy tried to cut up Yagami with a chainsaw not long ago.
And she'd already been caught by RK on the street, yet wears the same outfit, uses her real name, and then gets caught *again* by the same guy.
Just felt out of character for Yagami to put Saori in harm's way after what happened to Sawa.
Just finish 2 parts of Lost Judgement that takes about around 16 hours of my day haha. Thank you for your great work on 2 parts of Lost Judgement. Truly enjoy your videos. I am a fan of yakuza franchise but still never got the chance to play this game yet. Keep up your work sir. Been following your vid since Judgment. 6:23:40 Fun fact: those types of bullets actually exist! They're called Simunition rounds, they can be used on real guns and they're non-lethal, so non-lethal that it in fact will not hurt or knock the wind out of you if you were hit! They are primarily used for Law Enforcement training, and knowing Soma is an undercover cop it makes sense that he would have those kinds of bullets!

As a person who was bullied in school to the point where even i was once about to jump, this one hits hard. Also, i disagree with Kuwana's ways completely.
Instead of killing the bullies, would be better to teach the bullied how to stand up for himself.
You can get rid of the immediate problem however the fears will still eat them alive. Only Once they take up their own charge against the bullies, can they truly hold their heads high.
And remember, instead of praying for it to stop, do what's necessary yourself. The first step is really difficult but after that it'll be everyday's thing until eventually they stop.
Forgive me to say this, but i agree with Kuwana's point.
He's a teacher. He supposed to protect his students for any harm and bullied, but he failed. And even the law can't save the victim, but let the bullies walk free like it was nothing.
Of course it was hurt to see the law cannot save someone that supposed to be saved, and judge people who needs to be judged. And although i agree that "killing" is not the best way, on the other side, it was the best way for him to send message that whoever doing the bullying must pay the consequences of their actions. Because bully can destroy people's mental. And it's even more dangerous that can lead him/her into doing something that can kill themselves.
Clearly weren't bullied enough because none of that makes any sense.

Barring the whole Mitsuru waking up from the coma angle, I think this is one of the best storylines in RGG’s amazing game library, and makes Judgements 2/2 in terms of fantastic involving main campaigns. That said, the fact that so much of the game is locked behind the annoying and boring school stories (weakest minigames in the whole universe) was a stupid decision on their part. The robotics one was so goddamn tedious for example. I’ve played every RGG game atleast twice now and I’ve loved the mini games and the sub stories so much, but I really wanted to stop playing after finishing the main campaign.

Needed something to fill the gap, and I ain't gonna skip ahead and watch Yakuza 7

Wellll, Lost Judgment isn't it for you yet.
Although completely fine for most people, this still takes place in 2021, so for people like us, it's still missing some context from Y7, you know. Judgment is good cause it takes place in 2018, in the blank period between 6 and 7.
In LJ, they mention a lot of times that Tojo is dissolved, but since you haven't played Y:LAD, you don't know.
By the way, PLAY Yakuza 7, don't watch it. It's there on PC, why watch video. Turn Based may feel weird it at start, but it's REALLY well made, and I was enjoying it as early as Chapter 2. Y7 was also my first turn based game, and I wasn't expecting it to be that well made.
Can't play JE or LJ. Waited 8 months, to see if J&A get their brains fixed, but doesn't look like it'll happen, so I'm doing what I did with Judgment in 2020 :(
@@FosFate Update on this, I've already finished 6 and I'm currently on 7. Planning to buy Judgment once I'm done with it.
Actually 7 is also a good starting point as it started with Ichiban and not Kiryu anymore
@@derpedfox This is true for the overall story, but I still would suggest playing through Kiryu's games first. If you don't know who Kiryu is at all, his appearance in Yakuza 7 won't have nearly as much impact.
And another update on this, I finished the entire series and I'm currently replaying it :)
