So surprising to see the Gasteria batesiana’s super healthy roots! 😱 It had no roots when I sent it to you, Sweetheart. I was even worried it wouldn’t make it. From my experience, the white variegation is definitely more stable even with Haworthias. I’m curious if others know of this, I’d love to learn from them too. Love love the Aloe Christmas Sleigh’s dark colours and burgundy teeth and Kath’s Gasteria gift is gorgeous as a clump. 🥰 So happy to see the looooong roots of the Aloe descoingsii. Again, it had very little roots when you first got it. Amazing at how these plants have grown. They sure love being under your care, Sweetheart! ❤️🌺🌼🌸🌵💚
Thank you so much my love 🥰 Yeah that’s turned into a beautiful plant, definitely my favourite Gasteria. It certainly does seem the white variegation is more stable, so that’s good to know 😊 The colours on the Christmas Sleigh are lovely, enjoys it under the Mars Hydro grow light 😁 Glad I kept the Gasteria from Kath together as well. Lol the descoingsii roots were crazy, don’t think I have another plant with longer roots than that had. Thank you so much again babe for all your love, support and encouragement, and of course the beautiful plants ❤️🤗😘🌵🌼☀️❤️
Wow the one from me got so many growth unlike the mother plant here haha. I’m not a fan of gasteria and aloe but I like them if they look unique. I don’t like haworthia before too but because of your collection I started to like them. The white one is so pretty. And they have healthy roots too. And wow at that very long roots, never seen one before that long. Looking forward to that collection tour. Amazing close up, very clean plants 🤩 thank you for sharing and have a great day to you and Edith 🌵💚
Thank you so much, Kath 😊 Yeah the Gasteria you sent me has grown quite a lot, I lost the tiny silver one you sent, though. I think that was too small. Haha yeah the roots on that Aloe were pretty crazy, might be a world record lol. Thank you for watching and commenting as always, Kath. Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself to you and Phil, and be safe in these wind storms that are coming 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Great repotting Daz and beautiful plants on show all doing so well, what's good about repotting is we get a sneek peek at a number of your plants too! I loved that Aloe erinacea, as soon as you showed it😃! A lovely rounded, striking shape and the thorns/spines are amazing which is said they turn hard and can be painful if you get scraped by them... a winter grower apparently and can go many season without water and will turn red by the stress! A bit of info I got from the Internet 😄 I DEFINITELY want to get that Aloe even though I'm not very good with Aloes back in the past, but I'm getting better now since I've cared for the Haworthias and Aloes you gifted me. Love the potting mix and I suspect they will flourish even more now! 👍🏻🪴🌵🌞😊
Thank you so much, Claire 😊 Yeah the erinacea is a beauty, definitely a more drought tolerant Aloe, I guess that’s where issues can arise with this one, more sensitive to overwatering and likes a fair bit of light. Did you see my previous video with the mass Haworthia repotting? I think you’ll like that one 😊 Thank you for watching and commenting as always. Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌼🌸🏜

AMAZING repottings Daz :-D and well done on getting all of the repottings done, beautiful Aloes and Gasterias and the Aloe erinacea is a breathtaking stunner, and WOWSERS at the super long roots on the Aloe descoingsii haha, they all look so AMAZING all re potted, thanks so much for sharing the wonderful repottings with us, and Hans and I are sending you and beautiful Edith lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER to England and Singapore for a wonderful plant powered weekend XXXX
Thank you so much, Lyn 😊 Yeah they’re pretty much all repotted now, finally haha. The erinacea is a beauty, hope it offsets in the future but they can remain solitary. Lol those roots on the descoingsii were crazy, I don’t think I’ll unpot another plant that’ll have roots like that! Thank you so much for watching and commenting as always, Lyn. Aloe erinicea looks beautiful. Must find myself one. Those roots are so robust! The final shots of them potted up, just so beautiful especially that I watch it on a big screen. 👍🏼

Wow!! Christmas sleigh really did great!!! I think the little gasteria from Kathrine is a jewel!! I would leave it in tact!! Love the Aloe erinacea!! The thorns are so cool!!! Peace, Love, Plants!!!✌💖🌵🏵🌴🌺🪴🌹🌲🌷🌳😃👍
Thank you so much, Clyde 😊 Yeah the Christmas Sleigh’s have done well, and from two plants now have four extra ones, seems like quite a prolific offsetter which is a bonus. Yeah glad I left that Gasteria intact, don’t think that completely variegated offset on it will last long, though. Wow 🤩 another great repotting video.I must learn to be patient in repotting like you did.I tend to squeeze and pull hard the plants from it’s soil and damaged the roots.lol🤣Beautiful aloes and haworthias you have. The roots and so the plants are super healthy. The Christmas sleigh is my favourite ❤️Can I put worm castings on top part soil or does it have to be mix in soil?just asking
Thank you so much, Rhea 😊 Yeah when I repot I like to pull the pot away from the plant, rather than the plant away from the pot. Don’t know if that makes much difference, just habit haha. Yes you can sprinkle some worm casting around the plant then water it in. Thank you for watching and commenting as always. Have a wonderful evening and weekend from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌼🌺🌸🏜
