On November 14, 2023, we went Washington, D.C. to show our support for Israel. Still hard to believe that it all happened.
That we sang Acheinu - the prayer for Jews in distress or captivity - with 300,000 of our brothers and sisters.
That we sang One Day with one of our musical heroes, Matisyahu.
May our voices and prayers be heard - Am Yisrael Chai!

This is who we Jews are as a nation. Peaceful march. We are eternal. You can hate us, you can berate us, you can NEVER annihilate us. Many great empires have tried and they are dust. We are still here. Beautiful, thriving. A mere 80 years ago they marched us into gas chambers and burned out corpses in ovens. THEY are gone. We are here. And we will never ever ever bend our knees to anyone but to our Creator.

I was there. I'm not Jewish, but what a day. My favorite was when they brought out Matisyahu. From what I heard he's originally from my hometown but moved to New York so I really dig seeing one of favorite artists (and locals) doing "One Day" with beatboxing (which he also does).
Israel. The world is learning from you the joy of living with honor. The mentally ill of the have no honor. God bles Israel.
