4:55 I like no love the house but the sink I still love the house 100 out of 100
I always watch every Steve Faller house I see, and this one so far is my favorite. Very gorgeous house. Open, bright, spacious, practical. Shame there is no pool, but still a beautiful house
I still love this home.
Beautiful home so gorgeous and fantastic presentation to the camera man.
Andre_1929 a den
Can you share the exterior body paint color?
so nice home i like very much
The secondary bedrooms are small. I would personally reconfigure the space so the rooms would be bigger.
So very2x nice😍😍😍😍😊😊😊
A few different finishes and paint and I'd love this house. Wondering how much the plans would be to build this where I live?

I mostly like this design, but it needs a proper dining room. The area next to the kitchen is a good breakfast nook, but it's way too small for a dining room. And I have no idea what this room is supposed to be 4:04 ??

Could be a hobby room, or a meditation room. And there doesn't always need to be a "proper" dining room. I love informal layouts. It makes the home more like a home and less like a museum.
@@diannebdee I hope you never plan to have any dinner parties then. The size of the dining room has nothing to do with formality, particularly in an open floor plan where it's integrated into the main living space. It's about flow and function.
@@dlg5485 First of all remember this home is staged. Therefore the furniture you see isn't what the actual homeowner will have. Secondly, one could put in there a banket seating with a longer table and that would be sufficient. As for dinner parties, I would never have a dinner party. I don't have enough relatives or friends so it really doesn't matter to me. That space is perfect for me.
