The problem is it is hard to contact the winner on UA-cam, thats why I ask for Insta or twitter so that I can message there. Whenever I pick a youtube comment, 99.99% of the times the winner doesn’t reply back in the comment. That’s the reason why the requirements are like that, I hope you understand that :)
He does that as he can't ask for any subscribers personal information on youtube and has to do it from insta or twitter
