You got a 3 pack of Zahhak!! LOL! Super cool of the seller to send you a second kit, that in itself is unheard of but especially for such a hard to get kit. I have looked for them several times and they always are going for silly money I have always laughed and forgotten about them for a while! It is really cool you got a pre-designated runner and then the NIB kits for shelf queen and NIB ones. You ended up with the complete trifecta! Enjoy them Ari and I look forward to the build and the run of them!

Thats a super gift from a viewer, ive been blest aswell and was totally blown away. Seeing this has now made me look at these. A trf 201 is a car i want to own. Im nearly there with a 201 with the vega chassis. Its super cool to look at but need to push on with finding the parts i need to turn it back into a 201 now 😁

Tamiya the Zahhak would be such a easy re-release, they are crazy price's due to how much people want this buggie...please please give us a new batch of the Zahhak with box art pink wheels..loved this vid you are very lucky guy...enjoy..

Pretty cool! I totally get buying an 'extra' for parts.. especially on rare cars that I plan on running.. it is good to hear a positive ebay story for a change! Zahhak is a very 'modern' buggy.. kinda shows you that there hasn't been a whole lotta innovation in the 2wd buggy world in the last 15 years or so.. 🖖

I hope tamiya re releases the Zahhak again! Parts are getting scarce especially in the USA.
Tamiya has a funny way of doing things.... hopefully one day it rereleased. I'd love for them to come out with another TRF buggy.
They are quite rare and now you have 3 😮 Kudos to the ebay seller, very generous ✌ I think the DN01 would have been a perfect re-re when there was the Dirt Master and Genova craziness (basically a "vintage looking" rear motor 2WD) 🤔🤝
I remember when TamiyaUSA was blowing these out for $99 each (pre covid). I wasn't really into Tamiya, so I didn't buy any. I regret it now.

I’d use that first car as a runner and when you ready to shelf it put the new chassis on it and then swap out your other one as a runner just shelf the new one for a while.

Man I dunno how you found a reasonably priced one of them on ebay... any i have seen are crazy money like the ones on there atm for $1023 and $1170 lol. Aus dollars that is but still stupid money for a basic kit! I bought a built TRF 201 on market place never used with box and instructions for $250 Aus but it was for sale for 7 weeks and his starting price originally was $750... So i gave up on the Zahhak back then seeing as the attraction was that it was a copy of the 201. Great finds tho.
Thanks... and in the middle of all this i found a 201 on buyee that was maybe used.... can't tell... maybe on carpet but it looks like it was never used to me.

Yes it seems that those are the main differences. Regardless, I got my hands on a TRF201and will still do a comparison...
