Salam. Affirmations are statements that help to be more positive and more grateful, why would it be haram? It's all about your intentions. Just dont listen to other affirmations that claim the "universe" provides or in control. As long as it's Muslims affirmations that bring you closer to Allah, it can do AMAZING things for you.
