Tawakkul meditation affirmation to reduce anxiety and stress
Muslims, feeling stressed or overwhelmed? You've come to the right place. In this meditation, we focus on the beautiful Islamic concept of Tawakkul, which is placing our trust in Allah and finding peace in His divine wisdom and plan.
This guided Tawakkul meditation affirmation is designed to help you release stress, anxiety, and worries by surrendering your burdens to Allah. We’ll begin this session by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to a single problem that has been weighing on your mind. Acknowledge it, then turn to Allah and say:
“Oh Allah, I can no longer bear this burden. I don’t want it anymore. I give it to you to do whatever you want with it. Whatever you decide, whatever you decree, I accept. Whatever the outcome is, I accept.”
Feel free to get emotional. Crying is a natural part of letting go. Take a deep breath and imagine your worries being lifted away. Say, “Alhamdulillah. Thank you, Ya-Rab, for taking care of this matter.”
Repeat these powerful Islamic affirmations after me to find tranquility and trust in Allah's plan:
I let go of all my worries and stress.
I turn to Allah for all solutions.
Allah is my Wali, my protector and helper.
Allah takes care of all my problems.
I put my trust in Allah.

Alaykuma Salam. These are the sounds that I was talking about. I don't think bowl sounds are haram, but some people still don't want them in the background. I may need to upload two versions, one with bowl sounds and the same video without sound in order to please everyone. 😇
