Vincent gives the feeling of being at the top in terms of physical performance plus the intelligence and experience to dedicate his full life to achieve his goals. Winning machine.
Merci Vincent pour ce que tu apportes au tri!
Just started sprint triathlons, very motivating video. Thank you, peace be with you
Man his bike training kit is 🔥 awesome athlete.
Feels like a Talbot Cox video, especially the running part
Allez Vincent ! 5/5 à Daytona !!! G.O.A.T (Great vid by the way)
The face he makes when he is told Alex Yee ran a 7:45 3K
😂 "Good thing the bike crush him everytime then"
Good thing Luis can swim that smoothly too. His superleague experience really showed in Hamburg, pushed the first 250m of the swim very quick and set up the race.
Given the fact that draft-legal racing is all about running (as long as you swim in the first group), not a bad thing to tell an athlete who has won almost everything he could've won. Gives him a bit of motivation on those running days when he has to struggle to get out of bed.
Quelle classe ! Bravo Vincent et merci SLT
Thanks for the post! This guy is so fun to watch race. Fun to get a glimpse into his training regime as well.
Totally! Him and Alistair Brownlee are always full gas. Minimal tactique, just gives everything. Super exciting to watch.
This guy is phenomenal
Merci Vincent ~~Great job !
Vincent is the Best..much respected in the UK a great Athlete and a nice bloke to
Love watching his swimming, he stretches very long in the water
It feels weird watching him jog, considering we only ever usually see him run very fast!
Great insight into a days training.
Yes but at the same time, his jogging is my running (very) fast!
On faster speeds it's so great to see how his running form is becoming alive and he's flying.. awesome
@@Proutchable Plot twist: Easy jog is 6-6:30min mile pace!
@@CoachPursuit Seriously though, I suspect it's closer to 8/mile, at least that's the speed about which Richard Murray does his easy running. No reason to run any faster. So yes, most of us could run with these guys on their "slow" days.
@@kajet666 those are my intervals lol
💥Juste avant Daytona !! 💪
Very informative and insightful video.
Amazing guy to watch - no matter what the oppo tries to throw at him - he responds and Destroys them 😎😎😎🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Great video!
This guy is THE MAN
Ft Romeu and Les Angles are a foggy place at that time of the year !!
More concrete & precise Data (speed, volume, food, schedule, etc.) about Luis' training would make a perfect reporting...
Amazing guy to watch - no matter what the oppo tries to throw at him - he responds and Destroys them 😎😎😎🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
My most proudest race will be when I run a marathon under 4 hrs when 60 yrs ,53 at moment so bit to go yet ,but so far so good did 12 miles 1 hrs 53 fairly comfortably
Good summer of base then a 16 week plan and you would have that sub 4 no need to wait 6 years
@@georgidalton4315 what do u mean base ,
@@BobBob-uv9fq It is easy mileage nothing too intense so your body can withstand the cycle
@@BobBob-uv9fq Endurance mainly
"30 hours a week. It sounds easy." 🤯
Pourquoi personne ne parle de ça petite tentative capillaire :))
C'est quoi ce bouc haha
Je le taquine bravo champion
More Vincent workout ..
One thing that stands out about Vincent is that he is so strong! He seems like one of the most stacked triathletes on the ITU. I wonder if he does any additional strength training in his routine or if he just gets that way from swim, bike, and run?
@@supertri Please do! I'm very curious to know. Thank you!
@@DaveGe77 In 2016 he said in a french tv documentary that he was doing some "bodybuilding" in his routine, and that it helped him avoid injuries. I don't know if he still does, but he definitely has some background with it !
@@theolg73 That makes sense. It definitely shows that he has been doing strength training along with his tri training. If it helps avoid injury, it sounds like a great plan. Thank you for mentioning it.
Why is it always looking as Vincent Luis was running in flip-flops ?
greeting from İstanbul Vincent👋👍
Cool good athlete
Our national champ *France*
I was just curious if one needed to attend college to participate in Olympics?
Premier arrêt BX blanche. On s’hydrate !
What is this on his chin?
5 guys didn't like it... they also race SLT :D
Who was the dude infront of him on the sprints?
Delian Stateff from Italy
And Alessandro Fabian also
Sincere q: does the ink from tattoos have any chance of leaking over time and get into tissue or bloodstream?
Paul Solon
San Francisco
His head doesn't come up to catch a breath at all!
Someone get Vinny a TT bike and some braces.
how can u do that..its too hard
It looks like that bike is too small for him?
ThE MiChIgAn?
why doesn't he ever compete in Kona?
That's like asking a 800m runner why don't they ever compete in the marathon
@@joshuadowling7676 Kona has a 70.3
I'm not saying Vincent couldn't do a 70.3 but the olympic distance and sprint is his main competition distance
He will compete in Kona when he won’t be a factor in ITU. Same as Frodeno, Rana, Iden, Gomez, Potts
@@joshuadowling7676 I already know that but my comment ask why he doesn't do Kona to boost his overall $ and recognition
Social distancing?
Dommage...pas en français
