The studio in question would be Grigon Entertainment, which went under back in 2009. If they hold the rights to everything FusionFall related, then they are gone for good. ...unless you include modding into the factor

the fusionfallers are way taller compared to their regular counterparts, Dexter especially; the PPG could work depending how they're scaled but FF Dexter is supposed to be him but older

WB, I love you, but you really made a wrong decision there... I like the strategy of bringing characters to MultiVersus that link with Warner Bros. launches, but you guys need to balance it by including characters from both new and old shows, or at least have more concise events and skins that match the new characters coming in. I love this game and will support it forever, but please listen to your audience. I hope next season things be different and not messy
