No the zen does not give you aimbot. It makes you slightly better at the game. I own a zen. If you have really good aim, then you will have insane aim. If you have very bad aim, you will still have pretty bad aim.

Obviously when you release the button it will confirm and as long as you hold it it will select squares when editing.
