My method to consume 2 or 3 cloves of garlic without feeling a burning sensation either in the mouth, tongue, or stomach, is to eat it with a fat. Basically if you have ripe fresh avocado on hand, that's the ideal because it's raw. I will take a very small dish or cup, mix the freshly pressed garlic with the avocado, or even better if you can sort of put the garlic in the center of the avocado, and try to consume it where your tongue just mostly touches the avocado as opposed to the garlic itself. Another great method is putting it inside a few tablespoons of hummus. Or you can use raw nut butter, such as almond, walnut, etc
My dad ate it every day… it’s my go to a soon as detect anything unusual with my health. If I get sick.. juice vegetables with garlic..for two days and I’m back.
What university do you suggest they should attend so as to get that said "formal nutritional education"? What these people are practicing, along with the other diet pioneers isn't being taught in any college. What's being taught in all of the colleges is how to throw pills and more pills against diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, that these very people prove to be reversible with diet alone. If you hold the ever so prestigious "formal education" in such a high regard, it's time to ditch all of the things that you learned from all of these pioneers of diet and go back to whatever you were eating before, and when you get sick, go eat all the pills that are prescribed by people who gained "formal education" instead of applying all of the dietary knowledge that you have gathered from the "plant-based" movement (which the person you are addressing happens to be in its very core). If anything it's people such as these that should be teaching in universities.

Can you be allergic to garlic? When I eat a clove of garlic raw on an empty stomach I feel faint, like I'm about to pass out.
Maybe you feel faint on an empty stomach.
I do intermittent fasting with no problem and have done for years. Don't understand why raw garlic affects me this way.
Slice very thin and put it on apple of food
@@nickmakris2971 OK will give it a go. Thank you.
When will you address the fact you have no formal nutrition education ? Or in medicine…
