Wow yummy recipe ,but I had a problem wen the sugar began sticky n began coating and getting dry,the more I kept stirring ,instead of getting dry,it began melting until the color of the sugar turned black n was a mess that I couldn't eat.pls what did I not do right ?
As soon as it get dry take it off because the more you keep it on the fire, the heat melts it and it burns. After the dry coating, the next stage is the melting
Hi Claudy, I really like your easy and simple recipe. Just that I tried mine and it gets browny and sticky and never gets to the point where yours looks sugar coated and crunchy. I tried a few times and it turned out the same sticky and browny looking. What could I be doing wrong? Please help😭😩😭😩
i had the same problem and i just figured it out. when the sugar starts to get sticky and a bit thick just before it gets brown take it off the heat and then stir for a minute or two, they'll start getting coated properly. and like the other person said make sure your ratio of water and sugar is correct, i did mine with a little extra sugar
Measurements is very important you haven’t did anything about groundnut measurements or sugar. You said 1 cup , what cup? I can’t subscribe because the video is not helpful

Best recipe ever. The nutmeg gives it a beautiful flavor 🥰
You're most welcomed
I’m here taking notes Sis 😋😋
That was nice and quick. Can you please help me on the quantity of sugar and water to use on 3litres of groundnut? Thank you 😊
Do we fry the groundnuts first?
No. Make it raw, it cooks in the sugar

Probably too much water and or not enough sugar compared to the amount of peanut...
