@@unc54 Marc Jackson is still underrated because he was the one that drafted and developed the core pieces of the Warriors. He was the one that warned us how good the Splash Bros. could be and they were making massive improvements year after year. Kerr didn't build the Warriors, he's just a specialist that found the formula to make them dominant. But in a debate about building up a team from the ground up, its relevant.

I think that Gruden’s plan may work out long term with a new young Raiders team built around their pick, the Dallas pick and the Bears pick, but the rest of this season is gonna be longgggggg for the Raiders fans
The problem is that Gruden have a history of not having patience for young players. Gruden has not in his whole career as a head coach ever develop any young player or a young quarterback. he is very overrated as a head coach. I was so happy that the eagles did not hire him as a head coach.

Actually jimmy johnson was winning big at the university of Miami with a schnellenburger, don’t know if I spelled it correctly, built team. Jon Gruden has had some success with pre built teams. But right after the success those teams all fell apart. He does have an opportunity to show if he has the ability to build. I do hope he succeeds even though I’m not a Raiders fan.
