I have a problem with my sunbeam water dispenser the ac light is on but the hot water and cold water lights won’t light and the water is not heating or cooling, and yes the switches are on. Anyone else ever have this problem. Oh and thanks for these instructions I’ ll be checking the dispenser out Thank Steve

I watched your video and was able to put things back into place after cleaning the unit but now it is leaking. The gasket is in perfect condition so i dont know why it is leaking out of the top around where the water tank goes. Can you help me?
Hi Ruth, the last part of the video starting at 2:20 check to make sure that the last part that the jug sits on is locked into place. I hope that helps.

I checked the top and locked it in but im losing water from the bottom. I took it apart clear to the bottom to clean it but i dont see where it could be leaking from the very bottom or why. Can you help?
