Thanks Shane, I totally agree! Moreover, I only want "super-customers" in my course & coaching products. These are people that are "all in". They are fully committed and fun to work with. The maybe - as I learned the hard way - too often are problem clients. In any negotiation (and the sales process is a kind of negotiation) you get far better results, if you are willing (and able) to walk away.

I really like the new video style, with visual breakups and showing in pictures what youre getting across. It also has been great content, as this is where 90% of affiliate-marketers seem to fail.

Absolutely true. One recommendation: on your active growth website the support page is just blank. I recently had issues to access the course content for several days. I wanted to contact the support but as mentioned the support link leads to a blank page. Even the confirmation emails came from a no reply sendowl address. Finally I tried to approach the thrive themes support twice. But I did not get a reply until today. Even not on the refund request. Today the website works again and I could complete the course. So no refund needed anymore. But you should definitely fix this. Cause even though I highly appreciate you as a person this made me feel quite upset. And I guess most of the people would make this upset. You can delete this comment after reading it. But it seemed to be the only way to get noticed by you.
Thanks for letting me know! I've fixed the contact page on the site. Sorry that you had a bad experience trying to get support for the product. We invest a lot in making sure people have a good support experience, but the site issue that made the contact for not render was basically a point of failure in the whole system. Thanks for pointing it out.

Hi Peter, this requires market awareness. When building a business, one of the first and most important steps is to gain market awareness, which includes: who are my customers? Where do they hang out (online and offline)? What do they need? What problems do they have? What do they want? What phrases and words do they use (insider lingo, jargon)? What products and solutions do they currently use? If you don't have clear, well researched answers to those questions, you're flying blind.
Shane So do i initiate the hunt for market awareness of my potential prime customers by putting out some free info article/course/pdf ebook that addresses the pain points you mentioned? Then see who bites and probably pixel them?
