@@antoniajane5442 He'll be fine. Pre-puberty voice sounds are a big clue of his future sound when his deep voice sets in. He has the style now and will later. It's his personality and expression of the music he demonstrates.
I’ve seen this kid a few times singing on the streets in Manchester. The crowds love him! Good on him, hope he goes far
I hope he gets discovered by a good label. His singing is amazing and he just comes off as a good humble kid who was raised by good old fashioned hardworking parents. You can tell he was raised pretty well so hats off to the parents as well.

There’s not a single indication that working hard is a trait good people have in common or that not being a hard worker is a trait bad people share. It’s romanticizing the past & brainwashing that has yall placing the worst traits on a pedestal. Good behaviors shouldn’t be considered old fashioned just like effective medicine is not considered “old fashioned” lol it just works so we brought it to the future. If anything BAD behaviors we are trying to leave in the past should be considered “old fashioned”, not good behaviors we want to keep into the future... In fact, the majority of the time that term is used it’s said negatively or describing something left in the past, but not in this situation for some strange reason... That would make more sense. Amazing voice and he seems very genuine,just the fact that his parents obviously couldn't afford to take off work shows that he's had a humble beginning and because of that I hope he makes it big. He's the complete opposite of some pampered kid with vocal coaches and singing lessons. That amazing voice is all him. I will support this kid until the end.

I'm not gonna lie, I had some serious goosebumps listening to this. His voice is powerful and you could feel his raw emotions pouring through each word. I love when people sing with true passion, expressing themselves through song - it shows how much they enjoy singing.

I think he had a quiet inner and strong confidence so didn't need it. He know who he is and what he wants and where he wants to go. I think Simon is a bit struck by him. Simon has been like that with a few people who have that confidence over the years. Jackie Evancho, Angelina Jordan being 2. Nothing sake age.

I've seen so many kid singers on AGT who are great from a technical standpoint, but THIS KID is different. He is a star in the making. He has the aura of a star and sings with a passion far beyond his years.
I have to concur with the many positive remarks about Alfie. I too think he deserved the Golden Buzzer, but having Simon join him on stage and also meeting his Aunt probably meant more than the GB. I hope to see Alfie in the next round of AGT. Hope it's posted here, as I can't wait to hear his beautiful voice again. Best wishes & good luck Alfie. Oh, so glad you visited us in the USA. I'm sure it was memorable to you also.
I'm so glad he recognized his gift and got to use and share it. Makes me sad to think that there is a world of talent out there that will never be realized because of a lack of encouragement and support. This kid had me smiling thru my sadness.

This is the best singing from a 12 year old I have heard. By that I mean, that kid will have a career, he has a modern voice, not like a lot of kids who come on who have an operatic voice or whatever. Incredible range, belt and carry. I will be watching his rise

This kid knows he’s a really good singer. There are videos of him busking in pedestrian zones in his hometown. He draws big crowds. And my guess is that Simon knew of Alfie’s great singing talent before this “audition.”
The song “Hold My Hand” was a fantastic song choice to display the range and intensity of Alfie’s voice. While only 12 at the time of the show, he has unmistakeable star quality. The judges and the studio audience recognized his greatness.
I listen to Alphie's rendition daily.

It's almost a shame that his voice will ever have to break, that was stunning. But I suspect he's going to be a vocal powerhouse after his voice has broken, too. I absolutely loved this audition.
He will have to retrain his voice for the deeper octaves, but his voice won't lose it's singing ability.

But he could still sing like that when he’s older there men that can sing in a women voice and a women singing in a man’s voice so he can train he’s vocals
I don't think that's a bad thing. The more important part is confidence and being able to perform with comfort; he has all those skills.. he will be just fine.
My son was a huge talent until his voice broke, you never know what you'll end up with. He still has a pleasant voice, but nothing like the precocious powerhouse he had at 10-14. If these shows had existed back then ,he would have been like this boy. Hopefully , like Billy Gilman, he'll keep this voice.

Amazing for a 12 year old to have such power and range… great vibrato too. What Howie said about what stands between him “and an amazing singing career” though, is true and that reality can be a tough adjustment. Hopefully, he retains these aspects of his talent after the voice change that comes with puberty and if not, hopefully he persists and learns how to use his new voice.

So much talent packed into a 12-year old's body! I'm always extra happy for the kids who come on AGT and BGT because it is almost always their first public performance in front of such a large crowd. It gives them a big break that might not be available to them at this age.

Alfie has the kind of voice they refer to in Gospel Music as “anointed”. This is a special gift that you are born with. He may be surrounded by music as well, but no amount of input can give you that gift - it’s a brain-vocal chords-spirit thing. He has perfect pitch, and at the tender age of 12 has taught himself modulation and tone etc., by listening to recorded works. Buckle In, young man. You are headed off on a wild ride - I hope your family stay close to you, to protect you. It’s an industry that’s a bit notorious for “use and discard”. Best wishes from 🇨🇦🎶🎵

Some days you come across a song that fills all the emotions your feeling..this was that day.
He gave me goosebumps. Such an amazing voice. He is going places.
This 12 year old boy has a powerful voice and was able to convey strong emotions probably beyond his personal experience yet. Funny that Simon kept praising the boy's "cool" look - he just liked that the boy seemed to have the same fashion sense as Simon himself!
