In Vietnam, I have Boox Note X3 Pro (sold in China) it has 300ppi and backlight, a similar product to Go 10.3 but with backlight. An interesting product, unfortunately no international version yet

I've had a Max Lumi and Nova Air before and liked the option of the frontlight so I wasn't sure about how I'd get on without a light on the Go. BUT I also don't like black frames as I use the device mainly for reading PDFs and black device edges are just too heavy on the eyes. I also don't web browse or do productivity stuff on these devices... SO, I've decided to try the Go. You helped me decide. Cheers!

Hello Kit. I purchased the Note Air 3C based on your recommendation. I have inserted an SD card to copy some files but there appears to be no way to access the storage on the SD card. There is nothing in support and contacting the retailer is useless. Do you have any information on this you can share?

The first set of files are just a few key locations rather than the full file structure of the volume. Failing that download a different file manager from the Google play store and see if you can access it that way. You might if course have a faulty reader, in which case reach out to Boox via the button in settings. Hope you get it figured out!
Hi, this might be a niche use case, grateful if anyone can help. I'd really like to be able to hand-write a journal, but be able to access the file in some way and drag photos onto the file, so that, for example, when you look back at your journal entry for a week on holiday you can also see one or two photo from that week. Is that something anyone has done? Also want to be able to read kindle & PDFs etc but that's pretty standard across devices I think. Thanks for any advice
I bought a Note Air 3C earlier this year to upgrade from the NA2, and the new device immediately broke. I hadn't even managed to get content on it. So I'm not sure what to do now. I was thinking about whether to try to get it fixed, but haven't yet had the money. Now I'm back to debating whether I should go with the non-color version. I have low vision (about 20/200+), and I play table-top rpgs (ex. Dungeons & Dragons) as my primary hobby. ALL the books related to rpgs these days are color, often with busy backgrounds, and I nearly always use PDF's. I was hoping that the NA3C would help me out by giving me a lower weight platform to read and refer back to rules on. But right now, I'm feeling kind of stuck. Any suggestions?
Good comparison, I wanted to ask you if there is a dark mode (black background, white lettering) in all of them. I would be more interested in it for reading pdf's. (I have a visual impairment, myodesopsias, and it bothers me less if there is a black background) I think I'm leaning toward the GO because my use would be almost exclusively reading PDF handouts and scientific studies. Eventually the only thing that worries me is not being able to see the colors of the graphs and thus having difficulty interpreting them.
From my experience, the One Note app has always been horrible. I've used it for years but the mobile apps always gave me trouble with typing and the cursor. I no longer use it as my main note-taking and organization app. I just keep it for the third things I have saving from the past. This is still such a hard decision for me though. I had a Lumi 2 in the past but sold it after about a year because I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. Now I want another secondary tablet for productivity to go with my reMarkable 2. 🥴😩
@KitBetts-Masters - I wondered if you've been having problems syncing secondary Google Accounts to the Boox Go 10.3? The primary account I've logged into syncs fine, but I can't get any of my files and folders from my 2nd and 3rd accounts? There also seems to be a problem around the Boox app being rejected by Google for syncing documents in the native apps. Cheers

STILL debating between Tab Ultra C Pro and Note Air 3 C. Been running them side by side for a week. I use Kindle, One Note, and NY Times. I THINK Ultra C Pro is faster and snappier when loading content (once pages are loaded they're the same), but I could be overthinking it. Prefer the writing experience on Note Air 3 C. I don't care about keyboard on the Ultra C Pro. Yes, the Ultra C Pro is more expensive but that's mitigated in part by a nicer pen. One would think that the speed of the Ultra C Pro should be so much faster in theory that the price difference after accounting for pen is a no brainer (in theory as it's not as much faster as the processor would indicate).
