I'll get shit crazy in such situations, I panic way too fast but I guess I've got your videos to back me up now! :)
I just finished my internship as a project manager and saw this happen myself. We got to the conclusion that there is a need for a refinement with an updated and realistic backlog. I really like how your mindset and actions are nearly the same. We came to the conclusion to escalate the problem internally and then empathized with the client. The refinement was much needed since there were a lot of topics that were blown over by the client. I love how you are able to solve the same type of issue in such a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for making this video, your channel has been a lifesaver! Keep up the great content and I will keep recommending you to my Network and fellow project manager students. ;)
Thanks for sharing your story. I appreciate your feedback because I really wanted to show a real life story. And you related to it. So, I hope many new project managers will take it as a use case rather than theory.
And thank you so much for helping me reach more people who needs this information.
When the project is at risk - it is always better to over communicate than under communicate 👍👍
Yes, so true. Thanks for your feedback!
Thanks for sharing such realistic content with examples of emails and analyzing the situation. Very helpful!👍
Glad it was helpful, Olexandra!
Fantastic and usedul video! I can see a huge improvement in the quality of your videos, keep moving forward!
Thanks a lot for your feedback. I means a lot to me.
That was a highly recognizable situation 😂

You are welcome, Dmitriy. Glad you enjoyed our ride:)
This is awesome!
Thank you! Your feedback means a lot for me to carry on these series.
@@ITProjectManagers you are obviously the real deal. Your book is incoming from Amazon. I have done it project management as a function of it management and now I am doing sole it project management. Looking forward to your book being just as great as your videos. Do you have any videos or thoughts on the change management from ad-hoc pm to really scoping out projects instead of just saying yes and sending a guess quote?
I really liked this. A real life situation, what to do to and why. More of this please!
I'm so glad it was helpful! Working on the next series;)
Great work, mate!
Keep creating the content and sharing the experience
Thanks, will do!
I would love to see move videos of your real life experiences and challenges and how you solve them. I learn ALOT from them and I find them interesting.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us (for free) ;)

You're a great teacher. Thank you for this.
I appreciate that! Thank you!
Дуже круто! Дякую і чекаю нових серій ;)
Дякую за відгук. Дуже радий, що відео вийшло корсним. :)
No wonder in "The Sims" games they used bad language like "Your mama is lama" (at least in the RU version). :D :D :D I love these situations... Had so many of these sigh :D
So, true:)
Hi Dmytro, could you do 1 tutorial about Quality Management Plan, how you verify the quality(testing process) and related covenants in the vendor contract. Anyhow, thank you for all shared info until now.
Great suggestion! I'll put it in my list for this series. But first we need to cover requirements.
Діма, дякую за неймовірно корисні відео, їх практичну направленість та цінні поради.
Привіт з Черкас!
Дуже радий, що відео зайщло:)
Project Managing Game of Thrones. Cruel world of endless documents and deadlines. House of business analysts promised their help but never showed up on the battlefield. They have led Dmytro into the trap. But little did they know, he was prepared.
LOL:) I love it. You made my day:)
P.S. it's not that bad though... in some companies...
I don’t like lamas anymore
I’m sorry for ruining it for you:)
