Interesting take on the 60s hippie era. Having grown up in the 60s and about 1-1/2 from Woodstock, I too wasn’t a fan of the hippie generation, though coming out of WWII (parents) and dealing w Vietnam, it’s understandable. The music, esp as it led it to the 70s and the British evolution had an enormous impact in producing some of thee best music (going into the 80s). You, (and Jezebels), aren’t afraid to message via a Ballard, and always provide “melody”, which often is sorely missed in the current era. Nice interview.
