      It really is the best body style they made with the exception of the SS 96 model, but with the 10th generation model they kinda mixed it with the Camaro body from the whole roof of the car all the way to the hood of it and it looks good to me, that's another reason I always like that body style

    I have own the 2014 Impala ltz and what a fantastic car. Put on a little over 60,000 miles and the best vehicle I've own to date because of ZERO issues, no warranty work. Chevrolet has an excellent motor in this car 3.6 with 305 horsepower. I believe the only mistake with this car , it's not rear wheel drive which many customers wanted in the first place. There's a saying, customer's come first but Chevrolet didn't listen to that one advice. I do miss her, traded her in for my dream car my Camaro.

    I rented this car (from Hertz) after the 2020 Altima had a mechanical problem. II like the tech, Bluetooth, and climate control. I love Bose audio and the fuel mileage is decent for a car of that size. It does accelerate pretty quick. The downside it drives and handles like a big boat. Main comparison to the 2020 Altima, you can get 600 miles from the whole tank at 32 mpg compared to 371 miles from the 2020 Impala at 20 mpg

    I have a 2019 Impala Premier and I owned a 2010 Taurus SHO. I like them both but the Impala seems to be roomier inside but the Taurus had more power. Went from an Audi A4 to the Impala after looking at newer Audi's test drove this car. Sat on it & I had to have it. The premier is great I been driving it & it's a very smooth car to drive. It's huge & gets a lot of looks in the Royal Blue color I bought with 25% tints on it. Very comfortable for long trips for multiple people. Definitely my favorite car I've owned so far. Only thing I'm for sure going to change is putting chrome rims on it because it's just not as good of a car without the extra chrome that the premier has.

    I bought my '19 impala a few years ago, and would say it is one of the few cars I consider being worth the money spent. Ive had no drive train problems (knock on wood), minimal maintenance problems (lost power to a door once, but just had to redo wiring). Very aesthetically pleasing and ergonomically conscious car for being full-sized. You can swap the tranny and engine for the 3.6L Cadillac XTS twin turbo and have a decently fast, fun car.

    Picked up my 2019, & sure glad I did, Pepperdust with cream leather LT/V6. I have all but sunroof, adaptive cruise, memory seats & power adjust steering wheel. I'm digging the 18 inch wheels for a softer ride. V6 USA sedans are going away, this will be your last chance to pick one up. Production is to end 2-28.

    The Imp is always gonna be a classic this one is cool looking, the interior can be more luxurious but it’s better than the two predecessors before it the (2000-2005) and (2006-2016) models! This (2014-2020) looks good and is not bad but none of them hold a candle to the (1994-1996) Big Body Impala SS the best one in my opinion! Chevy hasn’t been able to duplicate that model since!!!

    The MSRP isn't the real price or final price, especially now that it's being discontinued. The Premier is THE ONE to get with additional packages. some colors have been eliminated, so the choices are few. I recently test drove one. Great car indeed, handsome, comfy, ergonomic, good rider, quiet, huge trunk, powerful motor, great pickup, abosrbs pavement flaws very well. too digital features to access through pressing buttons for menus, but a lot of vehicles have the same. Very nice review and detailed as well. The rest of the reviews on the Impala leave much to be desired in UA-cam.

    • @KBCarsChevyChannel
      @KBCarsChevyChannel  4 роки тому +1

      @@davida987 I get it, I know the Malibu still isn't an Impala, it's gotten a lot closer in size and passed it up in feature options (aside from the v6). Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of the market is still purchasing suv's and trucks and the sedan market continues to get smaller and smaller. With options like the Equinox and Blazer, the cost, fuel economy, and options of sedans are now fully available in suv's. The cost to design and produce a model has to payoff in sales, if it doesn't you'll see less rebates resulting in higher prices and fewer sales, it's a sad cycle that doesn't end well for the model unfortunately. Manufacturers are going to focus on what's hot in the market and where it's moving towards, suv's/crossovers and electric vehicles. All this said, I still drive a sedan, but my next vehicle will probably have to be an suv, same for my wife. Without the Malibu, GM's s sedan market is going to be shifted towards Cadillac, unless you want to go smaller in the compact segment.

    • @mybro727
      @mybro727 4 роки тому +1

      OberstGenosse This has nothing to do with what GM is doing wrong. Everyone in this segment has experienced a decrease in sales. Even the manufacturers that you may feel have been doing everything “right” within the last 30 years, they’ve ALSO experienced a decrease in sales. So it’s a matter of companies wanting to put that money elsewhere and supply what’s in demand. You either comply with the market and what people want or you get left behind.
      You want a new Impala? You literally can still get one! 2020 is the last year they’re building them brand new which means they’re still rolling out off the production floor if you’re not interested in being the second owner. There’s still thousands of them in the used car market without a home. GM gets to save money in this segment so that they can be greater in other segments (or pocket the money), and we still can have sedans. Everyone wins. What exactly are you rambling on and complaining about?? You sound silly.
