What Are Your Relationship Blind Spots? #blindspots #relationshipskills
In this video, we describe and discuss an important aspect of relationships: growth, development, and relationships, which are blind spots. There are individual blind spots, and couples can have blind spots. The more you know what they are and work on them and engage in them, the healthier you will be, the more relationship-ready you will be, and the better you'll be to connect with each other. Blind spots are things you are not aware of, yet your partner is aware of them. As long as there is trust in the relationship and you are open and looking to grow, soliciting that kind of feedback can help you grow and develop and remove so many of the common triggers and blocks and arguments that often go on in relationships out of a lack of self-awareness, out of a lack of knowledge of the common bond spots that we all have.

have to reparent self. you got it!
Even with two visible eyes, still the blind spots are there. Familiar history, not thru it. My present partner, repeating patterns, vulnerable. Intensity. Wounds, facers, core issues, validate, let us work on it, relationship ready.
Big thanks, blessing to you. Can we work toward being allies.
thanks for sharing. that is frustrating and a struggle. if you can shrink that blind spot even just a bit each, week, you're doing amazing. that's realistic growth and healing, and you're on the path to getting where you need and want to go
