Thank god you said that. It might be alright for the old gent (taken a step up from his Cornish Shrimper and spent the kid’s inheritance) to pee over the side. But he’s going to be a lonely soul on board…..
I am a sailor and can't help but be impressed by this stunning yacht. Very much a rich persons plaything. You could see it at the end of the villa garden or the owner handing it back to the crew and retiring to the real yacht for a cocktail. Nice to dream, back to reality and the old Contessa for me. Seasons greetings everyone.
Best looking sloop ever. Elegantly minimalistic yet enough tech to help you relax. Gorgeous. This is my first choice boat were I to buy any boat. Its also practical given that mostly people only do daysails on their cruisers anyhow!
That is a beautiful elegant boat, a true Bentley for the Warter. It's wonderful, thank you, Nick , that was fantastic. A touch of class ,one is most impressed 👍⛵️🛟⚓️
Hi Nick, And thank you for this nice show on second Christmas day that will say in the Netherlands with you boxingday i believe. But it is a nice compact sailyacht you show us this Leonardo Eagle 38 and its Dutch build great and they even put a small cabine in it very nice Thanks again Nick thats a great one ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a nice niche filling Sailboat Nick , very glad to hear it has a toilet tbh, and easy enough to add the ne nessaries for making a strong Mug of Warming OXO or a hot meal for that matter. Not for me, but I know people this would be right up their Street. Hopefully everyone is having a wonderful Christmas. Boxing Day has been slightly wrecked here as the Labrador and the Cairn Terrier have scoffed all the Mince pies early this morning. grrrrr. 😃 😀 😄 Bob.
Just so you know, whenever you mention that a boat is Dutch built I immediately am reminded to the POB series of novels and the very non flattering comments Captain Aubrey made about Dutch built, slab sided barks… 😂
Very cool dayboat. I'm sure some crazy person will sail it across the Pacific to Vanautu or the Seychelles. Packed full of coolers and every part packed with provisions andna fishing rod out at all times, hoping for a wahoo, tuna, or dolphin.
@@AQUAHOLIC Ah, great. I'll look into those Nick. They have the essence of 'spirit' but perhaps a little more unreliant on maintenance of all the woodwork. Lovely job ! 👏
OH Look! It's a sailboat for Nick. With that blue hull you could call it Blues 3. Not being from the UK I looked at a map and it seems you could take this from the South Coast, Portsmouth or the Humble River area over to The Isle or Wight, have a good lunch or supper, maybe sleep in a good expensive hotel and come back the next day. Maybe from Dover to Calais. Or, of course in the Med, from very expensive and can't spell it to even more expensive and still can't spell it.
FYI just watched an auditor who when he walked into a car dealership said, I will change the camera over to 30 FPM to stop the light flickering 😂 And it worked
You know Nick, I say to each their own. For me, sailing yachts are more of a Labour intensive affair, a Labour of love I'm sure for those who love them. But, I have sat with people who sailed them and in their excitement all I heard was toil, Labour, and a ruined holiday.
Unlike me this boat has slim lines. Quite spartan too, bare minimum for a day on the water. No galley so bring sandwiches to stick in the fridge. Simple one wheel but large so you could sit either side. Definitely all about the sailing not the creatu=e comforts.
Enjoy your channel and you seem like a good fellow, but I do wish you could provide us more often with a truly honest review, including areas of critique, and less of a sales pitch. Of its class, this is a poor and overpriced specimen - all that synthetic material is the antithesis of the spirit of the enterprise
These are yacht tours, not consumer reviews, as per the title. The point of the synthetic material is to make the boat low maintenance, which is what many people want. If you want 'the real thing', with all the expense and work that this entails, then you simply buy that instead.
This is my #1 choice of boat. Most people do day sails about the harbor on their cruisers. Its not meant to be a world cruiser. I love that there is only the simplest creature comforts but all are executed with beauty and simplicity. The convenience of electric winches just allows you to relax all the more. I'd love to have this for a long weekend away. Camping in elegant, aquatic luxury. @@AQUAHOLIC
For all those concerned about a toilet, there's one beneath one of the seats in the cabin. 😄
You would be disapointed if nobody noticed you mislaid that bit though, at least it wasn't an entire cabin....
In reading the comments, you pin yours to make sure that viewers know that the loo does exist. 🤣 🍷
Gentleman's yacht.....but then the gentleman is hanging pants down over the transim
I'd assumed it was a bucket & chuckit.

I’d love to see an episode where the sail automation is demonstrated. Great video of a gorgeous yacht.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂

Real classy. Everything essential, with a touch of luxury. Propably sails better than most, also, with those lines. Good pick!
Clean and simple lines, bare minimum required for a day on the water, all wrapped up in a beautiful sleek package. Nice quick tour Nick thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Gorgeous boat. Thanks for the tour, Nick!
Love the smaller boats. Look forward to the next.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Beautiful yacht, great tour as always. Maybe we see it sailing too.

That is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the tour!
Glad you enjoyed it!
A short, yet full tour of a nice 'little ship'. I like it allot. Happy New Year to you Nick, and the fans everywhere !
Elegant, classy, Dutch build,. . . off course.
What a nice boat! Low maintenance as well!? Wow impressive! Thanks for sharing! Keep those cameras rolling Nick and Aquaholic Team! 👍👍
Thanks for watching! 👀
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Yes. More sailing yachts 🙂🙂🙂
I love day sailers specially the race and performance ones
@aquaholic Thank you for this wonderful video tour of the Eagle 38!
You're very welcome, it's a beautiful boat! 🙂
Hello. This boat is absolutely elegant and adorable 😊. Thank you for the lovely tour. 💐🌼🌷
My pleasure!
Nice day boat nick clearly not for long trips lol

Awesome little sailing yacht 😀Thanks
My pleasure!
Great boat, good for weekends on Sydney harbour. Short and sweet video.🇦🇺 😊
Being single, with a very few modifications, I could live in that for the summer. I like it.
Beautiful!
Now THAT'S a sailboat that I could "sail".
Everything push button!
Lovely
Excellent!
Very nice! Stay Safe & Keep Reporting!! ☘

BLIGHTERS!! 😄
Merry Christmas 🎅!!! And a happy new year of boating!!!!!!!
Merry Christmas!
Lovely.
Pretty!
20 hp will get that boat to hull speed anyway, so it will cruise nicely for hours and hours on engine alone, if need be.
Just so you know, whenever you mention that a boat is Dutch built I immediately am reminded to the POB series of novels and the very non flattering comments Captain Aubrey made about Dutch built, slab sided barks… 😂

Lovely yacht nick hope you had nice Christmas excellent video ⛵️🛥️🚤👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you, you too! 🙂
Lovely yacht, but I must deduct a point or two for lack of beach club Nick.😄
That's a boat load of style for GBP280,000!
What a lovely boat. I wonder if they do 40+ vessels, with a few more creature comforts below deck ? .. 🇬🇧
Yes, this is the smallest, the biggest is 70ft

Nice video thank you
You're very welcome 🙂
Very quirky and cool little boat. A rather niche target market, but great to see all the same.
Aren't boats in general a 'niche market'?
The boat in the thumbnail is their 54 model, not the 38.
Just checking that you are paying attention. 10 house points to you, well done. Ahem. 😳
Did I miss something? Where’s the heads?
Yes, it has one under portside berth.
Did it have a loo . Lovely boat .
Yes, it has under portside berth.
Lol nick was gonna ask about the loo
Nice
What a sexy boat😊
Beautiful boat! But once I dont have where to do to burgers and shit😂😂😂
Its not for me... But stunning 😍
Very cool deck , what happens in bad weather ?
You sit in the yacht club bar and order another G&T 😄

Even being small, I was expecting a small head of sorts
There is, it's under the seat/bed by the sink.
Very handsome from any angle Nick, I meant the boat of course.
Dammit! 😄
definitely beauty over practicality
FYI
just watched an auditor who when he walked into a car dealership said, I will change the camera over to 30 FPM to stop the light flickering 😂
And it worked
It frequently does. But not always... 🙂
No toilet? If i'm spending that much i'd atleast want a freaking toilet ...
It has one, go to their website.
Presumably there's a branded catheter bag supplied for the gentlemen of a certain age?
Very pretty though.
For gentlemen of a certain age, the world is our toilet! 😄 (But there's one under a seat also...)
@@AQUAHOLIC I know, i have one of those at home... I think he might be part canine.
So, take me sailing
Is there a toilet ? In day cruisers I prefer most to have a toilet
Yes, it has under portside berth.
@@dougfitch3649 thank you
Is this the most expensive boat without a day head?
bYes, it has under portside berth.
Gorgeous!!! Guess you have to use one of those portable toilets then...
"So, no head?"
*smashes phone*
Yes, it has under portside berth.
@dougfitch3649 thanks for the reply! I was making a reference to an old vine actually, but that's good to know
Certainly not for me, but very very beautiful.
Wery Merry sir Nick sir
Looks like a Swede 55 from the late 70’s
Is that beutiful yacht, (It looks like a classic racing sailboat from 1902).
Gorgeous boat, pricey for 38 GRP boat...
No head!?

Not enough space for a mirror wave!
The least that should be supplied with the yacht is a BUCKET !! 🙈 so definitely a case of bucket overboard and not man 😀
She's a sexy little thing! Love the lines. I can see how you couldn't resist.
Unlike me this boat has slim lines. Quite spartan too, bare minimum for a day on the water. No galley so bring sandwiches to stick in the fridge. Simple one wheel but large so you could sit either side. Definitely all about the sailing not the creatu=e comforts.
No heads, that seems a bit crazy on a day boat, I can live with compromise, but you have friends onboard and nowhere to have a pee
Yes, it has a head under portside berth.
You can solo sail around the world but it would not be that comfortable for doing it.
Geez.... no head?
Yes, it has one under portside berth.
so if you need a pee ???
Yes, it has a head under portside berth.
Over price....for this money you can find much better boat
Looks pretty, but not practical.
