I think you have to install SD and then 1111 or ComfyUI. I have 1111 and learned how to install from this helpful site. stable-diffusion-art.com/tag/install/

If you're looking to have a video created with a free publicly available tool, I think Morph Studio (on Discord) has good results like this. Always open to try a prompt suggestion too!
