What if they are items I bought from Walmart to sell by FBA, and I am selling on another's listing? Wouldn't all the listings be flagged? And wouldn't the items already have been tested to sell at a Walmart in the USA?
With reguard to another comment on this post, i am a new seller on amazon using FBA. My home address is my business address at the moment and i will not label with this address. I could use my business phone number but i do not wish to have this information on my product as i handle many things on this number. As far as i have seen on the cpsc website, they do not require an address nor phone number on the label. Can you confirm this for us?
nice and clear
Really insightful and detailed thank you
Thank you Clovia!

Possibly, but you'd still need to provide the documentation if requested.

Can I find a testing company to test my product in the US?
Yes, you can work with QIMA as having many members and labs all around the world.
Yes, and QIMA is CPSC accepted. That said, you can find other labs in the US: www.cpsc.gov/cgi-bin/labsearch/
