  • Hi, it's been a while since I posted a good old fashioned London vlog. Sometimes I find it hard to vlog when I'm just going about my daily life and not doing anything particularly exciting, but I know some people enjoy seeing the day-to-day London life. I hope you enjoy!

    You must gather an air fryer. Save yourself loads of money on energy. We rarely use our oven. It’s just too expensive now.

    Commuting to Bristol from London is a long way, you're lucking your firm is flexible and allows you to work from home most of the time.

    Some skincare tips from someone who *feels your pain*: 1) don't touch your face except when cleansing/applying skincare. Just don't touch it at all. Especially after cooking. 2) And after you have cooked anything where you were opening an oven or using a pan - anything where steam/grease/food vapours will have been in the atmosphere? Wash your face and re-moisturise. TRUST ME. I wear glasses and I can literally see the blue film on my lenses after cooking, which I know is also on my skin. 3) You were already planning to do this, but pare your skincare back if you can. Don't use anything with perfume or sensitisers in it. Only exfoliate once a week or less if your skin is dry. You want to feed your skin oatmeal. Cerave moisturisers are v. good. 4) Try a Retinoid. No.7 does one right now that's quite reasonably priced, or you can do one of the online Derms like Skin+Me or Dermatica. They are obviously also great for anti-aging, so it's two birds, one stone.     You couldn’t have done anything to bring back acne. Suggest you checkout Dr Sam Buntings videos. She’s lots on acne.
