After finding themselves at the bottom of the pile in the early stages of the Sky Bet Championship season, hometown heroes Billy Sharp and manager Chris Wilder inspired Sheffield United to heights the club couldn't have imagined, just a few short seasons prior.

Bielsa at the time understood Wilders 5-3-2 formation but struggled with the Centre halves overlapping the fullbacks and it worked fluently under Chris Wilder, not saying its revolutionary but how to make it work on the field is something else and even Bielsa struggles to understand it
