Absolutely lovely! It's great seeing indie filmmakers put this technology to good work, and especially in NZ! Hopefully this helps the local crews grow to bigger and bigger things :)
Any chance you can comment on what it costs to build what you have? It's interesting that you have an attainable version compared to big sets like the Mandalorian.
This looks amazing! Really looks like the future. Amazing for proving concepts which I imagine is going to land you guys a lot of business. And in real time?! Stop it.
So for use with Unreal - which camera tracking system is the best way to go? HTC Vive seems like a huge pain to set up, Vanishing point looks good as far as options geared towards camera work ...Anti latency seems the easiest to set up... A little help deciding? lol
Its a pretty hard job to nail color calibration in under 48hours. Without an alexa as well. You also might have more luck checking your genlock field as it is causing distance distortions. Looking great tho :)
We agree! Unfortunately we didn't have the $$$ to genlock this with a quadro card and have yet to try a camera with a global shutter but that's definitely next on our list :)
We did this all at home first on our 4K TV during lockdown. We've been busy building our start up but we so want to share more on our channel - we hope to be able to do this soon!
Just a guess, but probably a few hundred thousand! The tiny LED tech has been gaining a lot of momentum, its a matter of time before consumers could purchase their own.
Anyone have a link to a how-to video for this? Like how to set up or even where and what components to buy. I will be very grateful for any help. Thanks.

Awesome work friends, specially for doing beautiful work without a genlock system. I'm very happy to see you moving in to VP. We are disruptors!
Thanks Wesley, you noticed no genlock system ;) Working towards that - but for now testing with what we have available as Indie filmmakers :)
Hi Guys, Awesome video.... it's posible to genlock with the HTC vive and Leds? or you need a better solution such as mo-sys?
Freakin Epic!!
Humbled thanks from us all :)

We did this all at home first on our 4K TV during lockdown. We've been busy building our start up but we so want to share more on our channel - we hope to be able to do this soon!
What led panels did you use for this project?

We have found you on FB and we will engage - love what you guys are doing for your local community :)
This is certainly the future ! Awesome work !
How much are those LED walls though ?
Just a guess, but probably a few hundred thousand! The tiny LED tech has been gaining a lot of momentum, its a matter of time before consumers could purchase their own.

Kia ora Adie, just using Unreal Engine here. But we are keen to try out Aximmetry in the future :)
Where do you start with building a led panel studio like that?
You start by questionning your life choices first...
