Ingredients:-
.150 gm arhar dal
.50 gm moong dal
.50 gm masoor dal
2 onion
3 tomatoes
2-3 green chilli chop
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop ginger
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
chop coriander
1/2 cup beans carrot
1/4 cup green peas
