Sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. I had a 3-week break from buying records and the plan was to keep it going till August but last Saturday I slipped and and yesterday again. Hey Dereck, Because of storm damages and outages in the past the city have been trimming branches and taking down diseased trees that are dangerous to power lines if they should fall in a storm in the metro area where I live. It seems like a common sense thing to do. Took them long enough to start doing this. It is good preventive maintenance that cities should do everywhere in these times. It will be interesting who Kamala picks for her VP. It is an important decision. Could possibly be the difference between winning and losing the election. Take care Dereck

About the sun- you’re not the only one who’s noticed it. At least 3 other people have mentioned recently how the sun seems different from when they were growing up. I’ve noticed it. My dad has especially noticed it, having done lawn care for the past 28 years. He’s semi retired now. It’s like it’s a different hue. And just hotter. Even on a cooler day, if the sun is out it feels more direct, as if there’s very little barrier or ozone layer left.
Climate change is a fact! I lost my home in 2016, due to a tornado ripping half of the roof of the house! They are really rare here in Denmark, Scandinavia! Buy now we have them like every second year or so! And the are growing more and more powerfull! I hope you get your tree down soon! 🌿🕊
