4.25 Million and they didn’t have enough to paint the garage walls? As a builder I can see lots of shortcuts. Very amateur work to see exposed pin nails with putty on the shelves.

The lighting package in this home is amazing.This is my style of home for sure.The only part that is disappointing is no pool or hot tub to take in all of the beauty that Colorado is serving .Briggs thanks for dishing up all of the beautiful property’s for us to marvel in on your channel 🥰 it

Yeah that grass patch in the back needs to be replaced with a pool. Also, the tub should be a jetted tub for two. I guess if you can afford this home those are small upgrades.
For a house that large and expensive, that master closet is pretty small

For such an expensive and modern house i would expect SOME smart house connectivity like at minimum all the doors used to enter the house should have high end digital locks with bluetooth capability and built in camera. Some of them open with your smartwatch or smartphone so its pretty much keyless. Can still use keys on them too if something malfunctions. Some have fingerprint reader as well.

Edit: I just watched the entire video. This home is my favorite ever. I love the color scheme, how symmetrically perfect it is, I love the fixtures. The master was peaceful and that bathroom is sexy!

Great video! Thank You for the interesting tour. But onestly, I don't like the house, sorry. Kitchen is nice, but has very limited storage for a house of this size - and the Butler's pantry simply feels claustrophobic. I would not like to prepare something in there. Also I cannot imagine to let children live in the two downstairs rooms without any light or view. In the end this is a really beautifully designed house with more than 7000 sf, but it does not even meet the needs of a family of four.

Super beautiful house. If I had it built the garage space would have been sized to accommodate at least 4 full size lifted pickup trucks. Why house are built with garages to outdated size standards is beyond me. As others said the backyard begs for a custom sports pool.

4.5 mill is cheap for the location, square footage. You have 4.5 mill you don’t mind spending 150-300k in a pool. That’s nothing!

Have you seen a 4.5 million home without a pool? It should have already been done. No rich person would buy a house that price without a pool. Yes it might be 150k-200k for a pool than it should have been install. Builder mistake for not doing it while building it. Made the house look cheaper than the 4.5 price tag
