Can you swaddle a baby with with sleep bag? If yes, do you swaddle before (inside) the sleep bag or after (outside) the sleep bag? Thanks

Hi how do you keep the babies arms warm on the sleeveless ones as regular sleep suit underneath will not do this thanks

Great question! You can use a sleeping bag in the Summer months, just make sure you're using a lighter TOG rating according to your nursery temperature.
