I respect Courtney so much how dedicated and determined she is. I’ve watched several of her documentary, and she is an amazing strong runner. I started doing trail running and it’s not easy. She is a beast running these challenging hills. I have great admiration for her
Ive never liked running. Talked every soccer coach I had into letting me out of running distance in favor of people taking shots on me. But thats changing because of Courtney. Looking for some non city trails in/near New Orleans. Against all odds, I may finally become one of y’all.
Yeah I think that most people who hate it have that feeling because it's just exercise to them. In that regard I get it - burning calories to burn calories is boring. If you're adventuring, seeing new places, seeing how far you can push yourself and training for/running epic races, it's a blast. It's actually crazy how NOT boring it can be. I've run as long as 12 hrs and been in the zone the whole time (not like there weren't super difficult spots I'd be in - but that also isn't boring lol). So for motivation and to be on the right side of training vs exercise, I'd highly recommend finding a race to train for. Obvs harder now than it used to be. Even if you don't register right away, having that goal could really help. Also for finding trails, check out the app/website Alltrails. Have fun!
she must be getting sick of the same questions and the constant questions about how much better she is. ask her what type of pie she likes, her favorite movie, if she has any pets. obviously questions about running like stride length, strides per minute, marathon time, if she likes to walk trails sometimes instead of running. there were so many questions that could've been asked.
Duh! The entire state of Colorado has been covered with smoke and ask from forrest fires hundreds of miles away. Add to that, the extremely dry season we have had. Incredible accomplishment nonetheless. And I hope you will attempt it again! Stay safe, and run fast!

Every ultra marathoner says to try nothing new on race day. Then part way into the ultra the nutrition plan is thrown out the window and you will be willing to try new food.
Courtney inspires me every day. Talented, kind and humble. She’s the best.
I think Courtney should come out with her own shorts clothing line.
I really like her baggy Salomon shorts style.
Courtney is the GOAT !!!
But way nicer looking than a goat
She sure is.....looks like one too...

I bet Courtney uses essential oils
essential oils are endocrine disruptors, so no.
Lol
