Was going to say the same thing. Just when you think how could it be any better, the vintage T-style guitars just mops the floor for me. I built a partscaster based on a Nocaster I heard on here, which was the best sounding guitar I've ever heard. Mines no slouch either
I don't know if it's because I'm high, but this 'caster is in the top 3 of all' casters I heard in my young guitarist life. That playing was outta this world
AARON always a pure treat to hear how you manipulate those wires on them dam twangers you sir are just brilliant and fresh that amp/guitar....ohhhhh my my that case could tell some stories You guys rule 👌🏻👍🏼✌🏻
That guitar sounds amazing. It sure doesn't hurt that an ace like Aaron is playing it. Financial considerations aside, I'd rather have this Broadcaster than yesterdays Burst. Been missing the Pick of The Day series, hopefully they'll pop up more often. I love ECG!
If really only 200 were made then it is actually rarer than a burst. I just somewhat doubt the production numbers and the rarity given the number of videos that I see where someone is selling a such-and -such rare guitar. Unless it is a small set of the same guitars in circulation constantly changing hands among multiple collectors, it seems hard to believe that such a high percentage of the known stock of these instruments are on the market.
Just WOW,what a fantastic guitar player, never heard of him before..I'm gonna have to watch this over and over and try and do some of that..I've got a 52 reissue that looks just like that!,bet it don't cost as much though..
Did he use the blend circuit in the last part of the demo? I didn’t see him use it the rest of the time and that’s one of the more interesting things about the broadcaster. Jason Isbell said that the blend circuit really makes for some interesting tonal options if you have a telly with a humbucker in the neck position
What a guitar. Its so nice that Aaron didn't play that standard chicken pickin country licks, not that there anything wrong with those licks there awesome, these slabs of Ash and maple are as we all know who play them are so versatile.
Gorgeous display of sound and beauty.. Is this guitar one of the 9.5" radius examples? i love the hot bridge pickups in these old beasts To anyone wanting a very close approximation, look at Bootstrap pickups Extra Crispy- its just the sound...
You have raised an interesting question. I prefer the 7.25' radius myself and when they issued the 70th anniversary Broadcaster reissue it came with a compound radius. Someone told me that the originals came that way but I am rather skeptical. As far as I know the entire idea of a compound radius is relatively recent. And they may have decided to use it to appeal to more modern players.
@@jimbonacum8917 There are several documented examples of early T guitars that have a 9.5" fret board radius. More often it was 7.25", but some came from the factory with the flatter 9.5".. not sure if any were compound at all
I’m ready to buy it! Just need you to give me a 30 year mortgage because it’s more expensive than the first house I ever purchased but if you can I’ll do it 😂. The wife may divorce me but the broadcaster and I will be happy together.
For the life of me I don't k now why all the Fender ancient reissues NEVER get the narrow 12th fret dot markers right. They go to so much trouble with everything else (Relic, etc) but the can't make those dots narrower??
It’s gotta be a tooled jig drilling those dots consistently across all the line and that particular detail isn’t worth the cost/effort/floorspace/process changes that it would take to have a narrow vs. normal spacing. It’s one of those things that takes no additional time or effort if I’m building it in my shop but for Fender cranking out 1000’s of guitars a day it’s probably a significant change.
It’s cool, but I have to still laugh because if you blindfolded the player & put 5 decent teles in their hands, most wouldn’t be able to pick out the old timer. Nice antique still.
The burst from yesterday was a hard act to follow...but this Broadcaster is about as pure as I've ever heard. What a beautiful guitar;! Thank you!

Actually that mass production began with the Esquire but WHOA! Those pickups sound TOO good!
Ffs that was so satisfying, what a guitar, great playing as always 👍🏻🙏🏻
That was probably one of the best demos I have EVER heard!!
Wow! Thanks! That's super cool to hear!
Such a pure sounding Tele (ok, Broadcaster). I could listen to Aaron play Teles/Broadcasters/Esquires all day.
Thank you!!
Been leaning more towards the humbucker sound lately, then you hear that! Pretty ridiculous
That whole package is AMAZING 🤩 Love, LOVE…that case!

Thank you! It was an inspiring guitar to play!
Great guitar, excellent playing! 😎

I miss Pick of The Day, too.
Thanks!!!!

My dream guitar.
Aaron plays it so nice.
A piece of history you will dream of , sleep with , married until die.!!!!
Damn!!!
As beautiful as that broadcaster is - Aaron could wrangle tone out of anything with 6 strings. A pleasure to listen to!
Thank you!!!! 😊
That was impeccable!
Best broadcaster I've ever heard hands down
I thought yesterday's '58 Burst was nice, I think I'd rather own that '50 Broadcaster.
Great playing Aaron. 👍😉
Thank you! Glad you liked it!
Great playing! Sounded like Downbound train by Bruce. 😊
Yep! Such a great riff and song!
"Now I work down at the car wash, where all it ever does is rain." Man, what a line.

Oh that's my sort of guitar...I'll never be able to own one but...THAT is a guitar !!!!!!!!!!!

Heebz killing it again!
Nice work!

Thanks!!!
Esquire one pickup guitar was first in production.

I agree. I love chicken pickin’, but cliches get tiring.
Wow, Aaron! Get yourself a Tele, it's about time
Hahaha! Playing this definitely made me want one!

Busting out Bruce's Downbound Train on a guitar demo 👏
Very nice guitar
I would take this over a burst any day of the week. Not even close 🔥
these guitars deserve Aaron and viceversa 🥹

Trevor, Are you going to Demo/Play any guitars? We hope you do soon! WooF!

The more these guitars look like old subway wooden benches, the better. Both are made of Ash.
How much is this guitar? It's the first telecaster I've heard that I like.
I'm gonna hedge a bet and say 150k
Most def @@ryersondodge1998
@@ryersondodge1998 add another 120k to that
