RE: Mr. Jones: there are numerous over the counter, non-addictive drugs available to assist with sleep. If they don't help him...a Dr. can prescribe something not over the counter. I say it this way because I don't believe for a nano-second that Mr. Jones "needs" the whacky weed to "help him sleep." Not at all.
I have a Dr that prescribes my sleep meds. I asked him about marajuana and he said that it wouldn’t be strong enough to get me to sleep.
I don’t use the wacky stuff and never have but friends told me to ask my doctor. I did and he wouldn’t even recommend it for the anxiety and panic attacks and he STILL said no. I do have a prescription for those meds.
My doctor says he does recommend it but not for sleep and/or anxiety.
Piss off the one woman that smiles all the time. McDuffie still went the high road and still willing to help that piece of work.
My guess as a lifelong counselor-now retired-I believe he will fail the mandates of his release.
This man is not competent. The plea should not have been accepted.
Some defendants fake it, I don't trust any of them. Especially when they don't have to prove it

I often overlook the work by DA McDuffie so I must say here that she has always been marvelous and most fair-handed. She should be considered for a bench position when the next slot opens up.

Wow Mrs. McDuffie is spot on. She called her out in about the most respectful way you can. This lady is in big trouble I can tell you from experience that until the blame she has for everyone else comes around to her she is going to continue to be in court or locked up regardless of what town she is in. Being drunk and breaking the law in this town is not going to be any different in any other town. Until she says yes it is my fault I keep drinking and I need help. When she stops playing the blame game take account for her actions say I need help I don’t want t to drink anymore I want to go to a program that will keep me and not let me go until I can leave and not want to drink anymore. It took a while because I did the same blame game and really more denial than anything but I finally did what I needed asked for and got the help I needed and been clean 5 years in September so it just takes the true desire to want to quit. Thanks for the great videos.
Wow!!! That’s so amazing! You did the courageous thing…asking for help. That was the hardest thing for me to do as well. Been sober since 2015. I was so tired of blaming everyone around me for my actions. Taking back that power and seeing myself as the common denominator in all my issues has saved my life! Congratulations on your S day ❤ Non addicts don’t realize what a challenge it is to stop drinking. After awhile the not drinking gets easier, the biggest challenge is changing my attitude and my emotional reactions to everyday things. Good luck to you. ❤
This woman & i use the word woman loosely doesnt want to be in recovery u cant force or make an addict get clean u can give them all the help in the world but unless they do the hard work sure u might as well be pissing in the wind
As a grateful recovering addict for almost 9 years, I can tell you everything you said there is correct. I had to hit my “rock-bottom“. I had to realize I was tired of living the lifestyle I was living and I wanted to get back to my normal lifestyle Without drugs or alcohol. When I realize that I went and got the help that I’ve needed I’ve stayed on the straight and narrow path for the last nine years. I believe in my heart that this has to happen for every addict. They have to decide for themselves. Any attic has Three choices. Jails, institutions, or death. Those are the only three choices there is not a fourth choice. I’m glad I chose the institution which was a rehab hospital. I wouldn’t have lasted two seconds in jail and I sure as hell didn’t wanna die

@@DarthSaggezza i'm a recovering addict myself i was forced into recovery so many times & needless to say it never worked i'm 12 years clean this October i had to hit rock bottom myself many of us do b4 we cop on i started herion when i was 13 years old & it was a tough life well done on ur 9 years being clean cause its hard very hard here's to the next 9 years sober 🙏❤️💙

It really makes no sense to go through the whole thing with a guy who all seems to have major mental issues expecting him to follow all that if he thinks he is in heaven and the saints are there and that schizophrenia is a good thing to expect him to follow what the court said. Does anyone think a person like this can follow all these orders?

Regarding the stalker, IMO individuals whose mental health are a risk to others should be required to have a mental health case worker before they could continue walking free on probation. There needs to be someone that can warn the court when an individual like that stops reporting.
Guy test positive EVERY SINGLE TIME, and gets "one more chance." After which he will get "another chance." After using every day for the 30 days she gave him and claiming it is from before.

I think the guy who used weed to fall asleep should be allowed to use it if he gets a marijuana card and uses gummies to get to sleep. My wife and I use the gummies to go to sleep and by morning the effects are gone.
