I swear judges should be held accountable in situations of extreme carelessness, they have a liability - they shouldn't BE the liability. In DUIs for example, if there's a casualty the bartender or restaurant can be held liable and fined...so why not the judge who gives a pass to the wrong person! It's bullsht.

Pedos are a HUGE LIABILITY behind the walls. Extra resources and man power is spent on securing the lives of the Pedos once inside. At any time, any inmate is killed behind bars or even just beat up, and it always leads to a lawsuit. You won't be surprised how quickly these "close" family members who NEVER VISITED OR SUPPORTED these pedos file a law suite immediately.
The honest truth is that what I just mentioned plays a huge part in the parole process of inmates. The parole board will never openly admit to it, but I know for a fact it's one of their decision factors.

Exactly, I spent over 4 years for my first charge which was possession of a lb of marijuana. Wasn't selling it, just bought it to split with my cousin because we smoked. And to see this dude do less time than me at a low level security prison while I was at a max is wild beyond belief
