I really want a break from social media but it’s a way for me to connect with childhood friends / school friends. I just think about the good memories and want to see what they’re doing. It’s really hard for me but I will try to take a break
This was good! I’ve been off a month. Only my top of the month business post on my coaching page. It literally feels amazing. I’m in my exclusive season. IYKYK 💯🙌🏾

Same I’m 34 and I permanently deleted all social media in June .
Best decision ever ! I do still have my tik tok and UA-cam . As far as Facebook and IG , I’m good 🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️
I find it easier to just delete ppl from my social media following list or minimize the ppl ability to view my page. Check your settings
Oh yea I’ve done that before as well. I needed a complete break this time though. I was spending way too much time on those apps .
