Materials and Requirements:
Assorted felt colors
Cotton print fabric
Light/medium weight Heat and Bond
Light/medium weight fusible woven interfacing
Buttons x 4 to suit
Embroidery threads to suit
Fabric Glue
3 x Chenille sticks ( pipe cleaners )
Firm Cardboard
Supa Glue
1 x Teddy bear joint 35mm *Optional ( See jointing video )
Extra strong thread
Polyester Filling
Dry Rice ( Optional )

Officially I am on the your pincushions marathon :-) with a few toys here and there. After a super cute sewing machine and mannequin ( just finished my second of each) I have watched this video thinking I don’t need a teapot pincushion, by the end of your video, i think i might need it! Great use for some nice scraps of fabrics, and i am always going to have last minute gifts :-) thank you for your generosity creating these patterns ( saves sanity of my husband as when I am making something, I don't bother him). Just a random thought, have you thought of making sewing caddy from this tea pot, like pulling out by the lid to lift cylindrical hidden caddy, like they were a drinking straw storage, some sort of recycled cardboard tube could be used. Yes, definitely I will need to make teacups after the teapot.
Your mannequin pincushion is almost like a dress form for a Barbie and it could be useful for a smaller scale design testing. Thanks again, have a great week Lisa

@@payitforward9442 definitely been making little mask tree decorations and loo rolls plus the newspaper squares to remember 2020 by on the Christmas tree will send to my children as keepsakes. My six year old grandson claimed two of the masks. Another beautiful project. Thank you so much Lisa. I'm just wondering if it is possible to make it so the top can come off and you could use the body of the tea pot for sewing notions? It looks like it is a pretty good size to hold little things. I would hate to miss an opportunity for organizing my sewing area in a cute way. What do you think?
I love the idea, however the construction would be complicated for most, a small recessed area could work so the support of stuffing would still be there to hold the shape. I have plans for a sewing hold all which will be as you describe, stay tuned!🥰🤗
That is adorable! Along with cups and saucers it needs a creamer and sugar bowl, don’t you think? I had a complete set years ago which I lost in a house fire. The pot played music when lifted to pour. I miss them. Please consider designing the complete set. They would be in my China cabinet right away. Thank you.

How did you attach the 1st spout to the pot? By the method you showed because it looks different. Also, do you think this could be made without felt fabrics? I would love to make one for my mum that looks a bit fancy, and yes please tea cup would be amazing as well! 🤗Off to Subscribe, Thank you.💜
Welcome! My original Teapot has the handle added with a soft sculpture needle after filling. A bit tricky for many people, so the jointing is definitely easier. My teacup video is up now! I hope you will enjoy sewing with me! 🥰🤗
