I was so happy to see you had uploaded a video ❤! And as always such a great one too. Love the recipes; they look delicious. I've just recently started using fish and oyster sauces 😊. It really does make a great difference! I'm eager to try and find a store that sells fresh bamboo shoots. I've never tried fresh before; only canned. But I do love them! The only bamboo were I live isn't edible, I'm told. The beautiful tung flowers look a lot like our dogwood flowers and they bloom at the same time too! 😊 Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video. You've made my day so much better 💕
Mom.! Have a wonderful day.!❤️😊😊 That tung flower is widely distributed, and it is possible that the flower you have there is also a tung flower. During our period, this kind of flower bloomed all over the mountains. This happens to be the time when bamboo shoots break out of the ground. Go up the mountain to pick bamboo shoots and enjoy the flowers. I was surprised when I learned that you started experimenting with fish sauce and oyster sauce. Because fish sauce is an indispensable seasoning for us. But for many foreigners, few people can accept the taste of fish sauce. 😂There are many kinds of bamboo shoots, there should be hundreds of kinds of bamboo. In fact, all can be eaten, but they must be cooked before eating (because each type of bamboo shoots itself has some toxins, but the toxins will be reduced after being cooked)👍
@@yingziJin_110 I was thinking the same about the tung flower too; so I took a closer look at the ones in your video and the ones here. The only difference is the dogwood has a more clustered stamine and at the end of each petal there's most times a little indent that has the the same color (pink/red) that's present in both flowers. I'm curious to know if right before the tung flowers bloom; do y'all have a week of a cold weather? We usually do and it's actually referred to as "dogwood winter"! Happens every year about this time. There's a really old story(folklore)about the dogwood and how it came to look as it does. I don't believe it but myself; but a lot of people do. 🤭. I think its amazing how similar plants can connect people who are worlds away from each other. Oh, my curiosity to try the sauces was partly because of you. I've watched your other videos when you cook and wondered if it would make my dishes better. Plus I love fish and oysters anyways!
@@melissafields3376 It is true that before the flowers bloom, there will be a period of time when the weather turns a little cold in late March and early April. We have a folk story to explain the coldness during this period: "Winter originally ended in March, and the weather became warmer. There was a girl who was not very smart. , and her hands and feet were very slow. Because her family was very poor and had no money to buy a sweater for her husband, she tied a sweater for her husband by herself. But because her hands and feet were too slow, her husband couldn't put on a new sweater when the winter was over. The girl is crying over there. God has mercy on her, so the cold weather lasts for a week so that the poor girl’s husband can wear her new sweater.”
@@yingziJin_110 That's a sweet story! Much better than ours. From now on, whenever "dogwood winter " arrives; I'll think of your folk story instead. Because she was blessed for her efforts ❤

Hay quá 😂😂😂😂😂
Cảm ơn bạn !❤️❤️❤️😊
@@yingziJin_110 每天下海都不怕了還怕上山.
if u want more fan..better no talk
Thank you so much.!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊
@@yingziJin_110 是獅潭吧?
