These look impressive. But just because sugar isn’t added doesn’t mean that they don’t have a high sugar content. Dates are very high in sugar, over 70g of sugar carbs from the dates and then the oats. These will definitely cause a huge insulin spike.

This is NOT “sugar free”. It’s loaded to the max with sugar from the ingredients. It proper description is “no added sugar”. It looks delicious but don’t try to fool anyone, It’s a carbohydrate overload!
Misleading! It is "no added sugar" for certain, but not "sugar-free" as advertised.

Great idea. Making it with almond butter and chopped or flaked almonds would be even healthier, providing healthy mono-unsaturated oil. Less allergenic and less acidic, and with lots of calcium.
it has lots of sugar. Not recommended for those with diabetes!
