Oh wow thank you so much. Living here has been a dream come true. It is a great truck but it will unfortunately probably go soon as we really need a pickup. Thank you for watching.
@@grandpaslakehouse-homestea6113 You are selling the Chevy truck?! It looks to be about a 65 model. I might be interested. Feel free to email me. My email is in my About section.
@@twinbrookacres I’m sorry that brown pickup in the background is the neighbor’s truck. Our is the white 95 2 door Chevy Tahoe. I’m not sure if it’s in the background of any of the videos you have watched. Sorry for the confusion. Trust me I’ve been trying to buy that truck for years.
🇨🇦From one Grandpa to another grandpa...found you by accident and decided to spend a little time with you...glad I did. Clean up is always good my friend. Where are you located anyway? We are in Gander Newfoundland and Labrador Canada!🇨🇦🇨🇦🧑🌾
Thank you for watching. We are in Northern California. Lake county. Definitely fire country. This was my grandpas lake house and we moved here from Bay Area 2 years ago. The channel name is to honor him and all the work my grandparents did on the property over the years.
Well, that’s awesome that you gave so much respect for your grandparents. Betty and I have 3 grandsons....we bought The Ole Church 5 Acre Homestead to leave a legacy to them.
Several of the channels I watch have had bad luck with soil they bought this year. Mostly it has been missing nitrogen. They all added bone meal and epsom salt.
No. I haven’t done a soil test yet. Coming soon. Our native ground here is basically rock mixed with small rock. So we ordered soil from a local nursery that said it was “ ready to plant” needless to say we learned another lesson lol. Thank you for watching.
Thanks for the tour. Beautiful property and lake! You have many goodies growing. And I like the Chevy truck in the background. - Rick

@@grandpaslakehouse-homestea6113 Ok. Darn! :-). I've seen the Tahoe in some of your video thumbnails. I just haven't got to watch yet. Thanks!
Lovely area!
Thank you for watching
I'm hoping one day I can purchase a spread like that. Wonderful homestead you have bro.
Thank you we appreciate you watching.

Yes I have seen it around as well. We plan a soil test very soon. Thank you so much for watching.
Have you tested the soil? Tomatoes are hard.
