Selling all of his crops directly to eaters and restaurants, Jean-Martin Fortier is a living example of Know Your Farmer. Thanks for sharing this interview. JM has made great steps. And I hope that many people will follow and support this real organic movement.
My first disillusionment was when Seeds of Change sold out to M&M Mars. From then on one could see that the organic movement was going to be completely bought out by corporations…so each time they do we must have real organic then really organic and then really really organic as long as we live.
Those of us that are sane need to stay the course till the insane come to sanity or jump ship and drown. Peace in us makes us strong. JM hang in there we know how this ends.
