My respect grows day by day everytime I view his wonderful speeches!
Judges like you are the only hope for this great country to revive democracy again.
Inspirational address
You are Champion of justice my lord
Looking forward to see him AS CJI!!
A great justice of india dhananjay chandrachaude sir..A future chief Justice of india
HAMARI AAN, BAAN SHAAN HAMARA INDIA HAI SAB SE MAHAAN 🙏🙏
Mr. Justice, what about nepotism in judicial system?
I agree..for. Generations certain family automatically become Judges in so called Democratic India... Haa

India is Great Strong Secular And Largest Democracy in the Global World because INDIANS are Specially Blessed Talented Smart Hardworking Honest And Humble. 🙏🙏
When justice is offered on a platter to the elite
But it is denied to the rest, what is the rationale
Justice DY Chandrachud, you can embark fire in youth. Hats off to you and thank you infinitely.
Sure. A man born into privilege, gifted a seat as a judge by the collegium thanks to fatherly collections is somehow a paragon of virtue. Please entertain me.
@@libshastra Really, you think being privileged makes you a wise able man. Being privileged may be helpful to some extent but you always become someone because you put effort to it, nobody makes someone anything. If your dad is a great doctor, it's not necessary that you'll be a great doctor or just a doctor too. He can provide some guidance to become a doctor but can't make you one.
I am amazed with the thoughtful presentation given by the Hon'ble Justice, which could re write our thought process and wake us up from the slumber to a wishful world of true democracy, which infuses freedom, liberty and honor in each one of us.
Salute you Sir...🙏🏻🙏🏻
What an address on a Convocation Ceremony! I wish every student on various campuses in India would watch thie video without fail and ponder over the lecture of this remarkable gentleman in our Judiciary.
Great speech with precious values 👏 👍
Inspiration 🙏🙏
every time I hear him my respect gets double towards his intentions,a true social reformer ❤️🙏 besides a judge
A true citizen of democracy. What a profound knowledge of subjects. In a convocation day of an eminent university of India 🇮🇳.
8:00 To you Sir, in all humility, I say, yes sir. Speaking for myself, every time I listen to you, I am drive to strive a little bit harder to be a better person overall.
Vande❤️ Vande❤️ Vande🙏👍
Inspiring
Mr. Chandrachud then why cant you change system of collegium and apply community representation in judiciary whereby even son of a labourer can be a high court or supreme court judge through an exam by surpassing nepotism.
Thanks vry much sir Abt ur speech I'm senior housewife who wants to tke admission in law college to serve the people specially women justice to women but I will try to study I can't afford I nt hav job

This hypocrite person is going to make his son a future CJI but gives speech about social justice every time. He is the same person who let the criminal Zubair go.
Exactly. If he is concerned, so much about democracy, why can't he remove collegium system?
And because there IS democracy, he is able to make such comments

One of the most corrupted part of democracy is judiciary. Your father was a best example for that in relation to Indira Gandhi, ADM jabalpur case and he was chief justice for 7 years (the longest ever period)
What else I have to say..
And the Collegium system is the most corrupt.

....yes my lord, many communities are waiting....but why, my lord ? I think, in writing SC is the protector of Constitution but in reality it is seen not at all...it lacks either honesty or courage or both ...I can't believe that SC has not ability to understand the Constitution....still, is not seen as the most powerful organ of Govt...Constitutionally which organ is most powerful ? then, why many communities are to wait ? where would they go to have it ? who shall give them the "fruits" ?
Equal opportunities are not given to Indian citizen's to test their eligibility to become High court and supreme court judges.
Another bashan talking about the privileges experienced by our very blessed MiLord.
Meanwhile, it took our esteemed MiLords 22 years to resolve a Rs. 20 dispute between a common man and the Railways. That's the privileges the common man experiences through our Judiciary.
You are a fool to expect a person in power to break their heads, solving stupid disputes, power is for enjoyment not work.
@@contrawisecontrawise7215 I'm an aspirational fool. I aspire for a better judiciary.
@@libshastra ha ha aspirations yes fox aspiring for grapes? Judiciary, democracy are all concepts in AIR you never meet them in real life, only five senses are real, all else is unreal,Reason was given to us by GOD to lie and cheat.Good luck.
When governments have deliberately kept justice system crippled with undermanned as it helps their purposes, I am proud of our judges who are the last front against autocracy.
@@turbulantarchitect5286 don't mix blind faith for pride. Even when the Judiciary was fully staffed they still couldn't deliver on basic functioning of a Judiciary. Case in point:
How many judges does it take to decide on a Rs. 20 dispute? According to the Indian Judiciary, it takes 5 judges and 22 years.
How many sessions do our Courts need to resolve a Rs 20 dispute? Apparently enough to last 22 years.
It takes 22 years to resolve a Rs 20 dispute. How do you find this acceptable?
Judge is a judge is a judge. Your presentation and words has no meaning, until unless it fits to the judgement given by you.
In this era of autocratic rule in this great nation, judges like Ramana, Lalit, Chandrachud and many others gives me hope that the country has at least one institution which is brave and has wisdom to break down the shackles of authoritative government.
Have you read single judgment given by Hon'ble Justice Chandrachud? If not then pls go through it at once, you will find yourself, what he speaks in public, u will find identical thoughts in his judgment,he's a man of principles.
@@turbulantarchitect5286 kya authoritative. Apparently adjourning cases ad nauseam is freedom. Kuch bhi.
Please go learn some basic standards
@@turbulantarchitect5286 more like anti Hindu , products of colonial garbage of an institution.
Collegium system is not democratic by any imagination
Capitalism ko support karte h ye sab
1. It's not Legislation or Executive it's you Judiciary who needs Woman representation, SC,ST communities in Judicial system.
2. Last i checked Collegium itself is against the Basic Structure of Institution.
3. Instead of doing Wokery and Judicial Activism it will be better for you as a system and Judges to follow the basic "Interpretation of Law".
Take care Son of the Judge who crushed the people's right in Emergency.
Happy Youth day
